    My opinions on Brave.

Love it to death. The music is spectacular, the visuals are pretty decent for PIXAR's standards, and the humor is pretty funny. My only concern is that since Merida is probably the second princess to have BOTH parents alive, Disney is going to throw away the idea, and go with the conundrum of that every princess must have a dead relative. All in all, worth a buy.

    Tinkerbell: Secret of the Wings.

Easily one of my top 20 favorites. I like the idea of giving Tink a sister, since I wondered about why no other fairy had one to begin with. But the issue at hand was the easy to predict back story with Queen Clarion. Too cheesy and way too Romeo and Juliet for my liking. The graphics are nice, and I loved it how the explained what happens when a fairy has a sibling. Anticipating the new movie, there they'll be having a pirate fairy.

By the way, has anyone seen Planes? I want to watch it with my dad, since his hobby is planes.

I feel like telling everybody about a movie I watched recently called "Freddie Vs. Jason."

You might not have watches this movie because it might be too scary. Well, it wasn't. Sure, there was blood and swearing, but nothing really frightening. It was just a comedic slasher flick. Which was a good thing, because that means that it stuck to the usual dark humor that Freddie makes use of in the "Nightmare on Elm Street" movies. However, this also takes away from the much less funny Jason. In all truths, the movie was pretty much a Freddie movie with Jason in it.

The acting was okay, but the way that the characters figured everything out seemed a little... Rushed. Especially since they're just a collection of stoned teenagers. They just went from "what the hell is going on" to "this is the plan we have to defeat Freddie and Jason based upon their own personal history." Really? I always thought that you needed to be on acid to get good ideas, not Everclear. But, that's Hollywood for you.

In all, I actually would recommend this movie. I'm not one for horror movies, but this wasn't very scary. Like I said, Freddie makes the movie funny, which makes the movie a whole lot less scary. There was killing, but it was lightened thanks to Freddie. I might actually watch this movie again. Maybe.

My review of 2001: A Space Odyssey

Well, I better start with my all-time favourite movie. What do I like about it? Well, everything, basically. The story, it's thought-provoking and all-around outstanding. The few characters that are in this movie are all really good and developed perfectly. The special effects are the best I've ever seen and the cinematography is groundbreaking (much like all other Kubrick films). And the sountrack, well, IT'S WÜNDERBAR! Here's a track from the movie just to give you a taste of what it's like.

Oh by the way, remember when I said the special effects were incredible? I wasn't joking around, see?

    I'm giving this movie a 10/10
It's the film that started my fascination with Space. It's an epic drama of adventure and exploration. It's what I call True Science-Fiction. Stanley Kubrick's crowning achievement

300: Rise of an Empire - Slow motion, blood, boobs, decapitations, amputations, and historical inaccuracy. Great for a action movie but you may forget about it after a month or two. 7/10

    Hmm...Seems fun!

    Strange Frame

One of the most bizarre movies I have ever seen in my entire life. Nothing looks like this movie. Nothing acts like this movie. Nothing decides to have ideas like this in other movies at the same time. It's busy, bizarre and often surreal. Most of these things are movies on their own but nothing is quite like the Hawaiian cinematic Fish-Finger and Custard Sandwich that is Strange Frame, the only Sci-Fi Opera I can think of ever watching.

I enjoyed it but it just a lot to get your head round. I mean, the art style is both stylised and realistic while most of the animation jumps from mildly impressive to rather basic. The ideas of slavery or genetics being allowed to run rampant is kinda neat. Although, I will warn you that the libido of this movie is surprisingly actve. It might catch a few people off guard to see a movie that needs a cold shower after shaking hands. It doesn't detract from the story, it just hits you with how out of place it can be occasionally. Like the scene of the two main characters getting it on in an alley that happens to be slap bang in the middle of a raging riot.

Our mains - Naia (Tara Strong) and Parker (Claudia Black) - are a couple that produce music. Naia is a Singer/Songwriter and Parker plays the Saxophone in the future where demands of slavery have actually allowed certain slaves to be modified with extra arms, fur, UV protective skin and all that sort of thing. They play in a band that starts to get very popular. One day, a guy called Dorlan Mig (Tim Curry) offers to make them stars but ends up drugging them both and taking Naia captive. She is turned into a massive star while Parker is left to rot. She now must fight for her enslaved lover before there's nothing left to save!

When I say 'you've likely never seen anything like this before', I mean it. It strives hard to look unique and I think it pulls it off in a lot of ways. I definitely enjoyed watching this so I'd say the experiment worked. Check it out if your like me and you enjoy the strange and unusual.

Lol. I had forgotten I made this. Let's see...the most recent movie I've seen was How to Train Your Dragon 2. It's a great movie, full of romance, betrayal, redemption, and sacrifice. A very worth while movie.
