They were files on a few people who looked rather unassuming. There wasn't much there aside from basic information and current jobs.
There weren't many, but they did look high tech. There was a pair of glasses, a grapple-like gun, a USB, and laser pointer looking device.
When she went to look into the other room she would find it was just his bedroom. It was more comfy than hers, with a closet and nightstand. The bed was made neatly and a medication was on the nightstand. The closet was slightly ajar, revealing some shirts.
She hesitated, knowing full well she was snooping at this point. She stole a glance at the medication before leaving, going back out to the hallway.
She hesitated before looking at the padlock curiously, trying to determine if she should try to break the lock.
He wouldn't be back for awhile. Finally, at the early hours of the morning, the door opened. And he came in unsteadily, his hand was on his side and drops of blood followed him as he started to his room, with shaky breaths and a determined expression.
She bit her tongue before speaking, her brow furrowed. "Abel, let me help. I know how to bandage people up."
She huffed before going to the bathroom, grabbing some cloth the clean the blood droplets off the floor in the hall.
She would hear water running in his room, most likely from the bathroom. About an hour later he came out looking.. relatively normal.
