Sorry as if this may seem to many old members as me coming back to rave on about something else. But the so called new 'changeling' site banner really takes away the 'Everypony' out of "Everypony" When I first joined this site that banner actually told me that this is for, ...Wait for it... Everypony. I wanted to get my OC up on the banner as it met to me as many others as to be part of the so called group that is 'Everypony'. ...Though as I know of now, it is the Staff of Everypony.... Though from my perspective, I see a changeling changing that. ...no literally... What does an Evil Queen stand for as an banner? I know that the forum Bronies Australia changes their banner every month or so, though we do this because it relates to something that is going on through or outside of the Forum. I would like to see the new staff up on that banner, let alone all the others that I know of that could of been up there. I know that I am late for some type of submission, though I do not stay close to this forum a lot as it is majority ...completely... an Northern Hemisphere orientated site.
The Chrysalis banner is for the "Changeling Green" theme only. If you are not using that theme, you will not see the banner. The reason that the old banner features so many current staff members is because it was made quite a while back. Many of the OCs featured belong to people who have since left the site. The ones that remained were eventually rewarded for their dedication to EP with staff positions. As for this site being "completely... an Northern Hemisphere orientated site," that's totally untrue. We have plenty of members from Australia and New Zealand.
So you came back for the first time in like 6 months just to complain about a themed banner of a site skin you're not even forced to use? Yeah, let me take you seriously real quick...
The Spring banner actually isn't staff/previous staff/any sort of staff at all. It was created by ThePoeticPony as a project to help out the site to look better. I personally think he did a fantastic job on it. A position on the banner was available to anyone who signed up while they were open, before you joined the site. Poetic has since then left the site, so the banner likely will not be changing any time soon. We have multiple skins for the forum, you know. If you don't want to look at all the ponies who Poetic drew or Mrs. Changeling Queen, there's always the Winter, Pinkie Pie, and Twilight Sparkle themes. We have multiple themes for a reason.
Sorry. I have never noticed such 'theme' method. Rarit E. I explained what not to whine about it in my first post. And to the 'plenty of members from Australia and New Zealand'. There is approximately 7121 Members on this site ...yes I know that many of them are not even used, old, or just some random bots or what-not[/i... But as I have seen, there isn't that many compared to how this site becomes active during the American and Europe afternoons.
I'M STILL SURPRISED IT'S STAYED UP THERE TBH AFTER ALL THIS TIME I don't personally host it or anything and it wouldn't hurt my feelings if you did change it or anything pft
