[h=2]Pony Personalities, and Favouritism...[/h] If a pony is like you, does that make it a favourite of yours? I'm probably most like Rainbow Dash. However, she's one of my least favourites. My favourite is Cheerilee... Because, something about her cheeriness, just makes me so much happier. She isn't a lot like me, however. I (sort of) aspire to be more like Cheerilee. Do you like a pony more, if it resembles yourself? I don't, really. Twilight is somewhat like me. Being smart, and OCD. But, aside from that, I don't share many traits with my favourite ponies. So if a pony matches your personality, do you like it more?
Well, that's true with me and Twilight, she has been my undisputed number 1 favorite since I first watched the show, and we are both very alike. (Yes, I do realize I said that with Applejack being everywhere on my post)
I've been told I'm a bit like a cross between Rarity and Applejack, and I've also been told I'm a bit of a Twilight. My favourite three ponies are Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and Sweetie Belle. Fluttershy's probably fourth... So... No. I do share a few traits with my favourite ponies (For example, Rainbow Dashes hate for losing) but I'm not like 'em, I don't think.
i'm a cross between fluttershy and rainbow dash, I'm very daring and noble, but at the same time I'm also very shy.
I'm nothing like Pinkie Pie or Rainbow Dash, but they are my favorites. I guess in terms of personality I'm most like Luna.
I dislike Rainbow Dash. She reminds me a lot of myself when I was younger. Brash. Arrogant. Rude. She has too much pride. I tend not to like people who are overly boastful like her.
Well i would say i am kinda like a mix of pinkie pie and applejack. But one of my favourites is also fluttershy. And my personality is far away from her, the only thing we share is the love for animals and that we can both work good with them. I mean its normal to like also things that dont resemble you.
I don't know who I'm most like. A couple of days ago I was told Big Mac after a friend considered for a moment. Big, silent, strong, thoughtful, kind, shy. When I think about it, if you take the country part of Big Mac out (which is the reason I don't like him), I am pretty like him, I suppose. My favorites are Twilight, Pinkie, and Luna though. Also Fluttershy and AJ (again, taking the country out) and dfkijbhdfskdfsgkjdzrgkd I can't just pick.
The three ponies I am most like are Rainbow, Twilight and Rarity. I am mostly an intellectual like Twilight, but with Dash pride and overall lazy manners, I do not like to have to study much, neither do I have to because of innate talents like awesome memory. Rarity because despite not giving a damn about fashion or physical appearence I appriciate creativity and my talents are mainly creative abillities, I am also quite generous and are slightly aristocratic in my behaviour despite bad manners. As for loyalty I would gladly suffer the fires of hell before betraying my freinds. I like all of these three ponies. Dash is my favorite, but not only becaue how we are alike, but also because how we are different, she complement me in a way, making up for my weakneses. In fact, we are very similiar in manner and very different in skillset, meaning we do have understanding for each other, but diferent kind of strengths, a perfect match I say. Needless to say, she is my ideal girlfriend. Also, Fluttershy and Pinkie are among my favorites, despite being nothing like them, and I do not dislike Applejack either, it is just so hard giving all these awesome characters the attention they deserve.
well, in my case it's true, however, I don't think Twi is my favorite pony because she's lot like me irl, but that her personality, and interests are how I see what would be perfect gf for me. (well, in my theory, happiest relationships are ones where both parties have same or similar interests and personalities, and are able understand each other completely(however, that's just theory in my case))
I am the most like Twilight (Studies a lot, perfectionist, socially awkward) And Aj (Hard worker, competitive) my favourite out of the two being AJ the thing for me is I think why I like AJ is not because I am a lot like her, but because of personal preference, I think I like her because she has many aspects that I would look for in a girl in real life, hence the fact that I am attracted to her character. SO I think that having resemblance does play a role with some people, it is mainly based on personal preference, I mean, the pony you like the most may resemble the personality of your best friend or someone who is very important for you, while for others the character they like the most may be their Idea of the perfect girlfriend/boyfriend. (which is what has happened with me)
Actually, i'm more like Twilight Sparkle before she went to ponyville, but that doesn't mean she's my favourite pony, my favourite pony is Scootaloo or Rainbow Dash actually.
I'm mostly like a mix of Twilight (socially awkward, loves books, low stress tolerance) and Fluttershy (sadly, it's the shy part, not the good-with-animals part where we are pretty much alike). My favorite is Twilight, which makes sense as I can relate to her. Fluttershy however... well, I don't dislike her, but she's really not on my top list (and it's often somewhat painful to watch her). In fact, Pinkie Pie is higher on my list, despite us not being very much alike (or so I think?). She's just too funny to not like her. Also AJ and Rarity, where the similarities are pretty slight, but I still like both of them. My least favorite of the mane six (and again, that doesn't mean I actually dislike her) is Rainbow Dash, though. Not surprisingly, I have to admit. While there's nothing wrong with boundless energy and a healthy dose of self-confidence, she's often a bit too arrogant for my taste, and we'd probably not get along very well.
