Dark Shine saw the Pony who had put the blanket on him earlier. He walked up to the soaking Pony and put the blanket on him. "Thanks for earlier!" He said smiling. He then walked up to a window. He still was enjoying the rain.
Arcane snapped out of his hi trance and began to speak. "Oh...your welcome." He said to the grey pegasus. Arcane was still smiling. He told them about how he got there and then started to ask questions about how money worked and if princess celestia was real, since most of what he had read about (up until the ursa minor) he believed was not real. He then stopped his rambling and looked down at their leftovers, then he looked at them, then the leftovers again, and so on. He had a look that looked as if he was asking for them.
"Princess Celestia is real. In fact if I remember today she is holding an open court in the Palace!" He began to smile. "Anypony want to come with me?" He then noticed the Pony was hungry. "Here, I have plenty of food in my bag." He held out a daffodil sandwhich to the Pegasus. "One good turn deserves another!"
Jhera looked across the table at all the other ponies. "So when duh we start looking for our cutie marks?" He asked. "All we've done so far is eat food. To be honest, if I had a food eating cutie mark, I could definately wait a while for it."
"But it was good food!" said Silver. He dabbed at his mouth with a napkin. "I do agree, though. If we're gonna make a group to find our cutie marks, we'd better get on it!" (BTW, Silver won't find his cutie mark, because according to his background, he gets it while in Las Pegasus. But he can still join forces with the group, and maybe help somepony else get theirs!)
(Well that's just it, you don't NEED to be in the group, it's completely optional.) SnOw nodded in agreement, "So where should we start!" she asked excitedly as they left the restraiant. (And by now it's no longer raining)
(Ah, good point! I'd gotten so caught up in the story that I'd forgotten you could go solo as well...)
"Why dont we try... Asking Ponies we know have thier Cutie Marks?" He seemed happy thinking it was a good idea.
"That makes sense. I mean, who would know how to get cutie marks better than ponies who already got theirs?" said Silver.
Quill finally finished his delicious soup. I'll definitely have to get Bolly and Pish to come here sometime! "That's a great idea!" He replied excitedly. Then he scratched his head. "But, uh... Who do we ask first?"
"Why not our parents? It's quick, easy, and we already know them and I'm sure that they would be more than willing to tell us how they did it!" Snow said, "Come on, let's go!"
"W...H...Wai WHAT?!?!" spluttered Silver. Then he took a moment to compose himself. "Er...sorry...um, well, yeah, I guess that's a good...idea..." he paused. "Eh...yeah." His head rotated, looking everywhere except at Snow. He started to tap one of his hooves nervously.
Arcane scarfed down the sandwhich with glee. He started hearing discussion about cutie mark and he told them his brother had gotten his while in the everfree forest though he wasn't sure what the talent was. Arcane was often envious of his brother. Arcane looked over and saw that one pony was acting nervous and strange. "Whats wrong?" He asked him.
Jhera jumped from his seat in excitement. "Well, my mother's already on her way to Fillydelphia, so I'll just continue to follow you guys around. Who are we asking first?"
"YES!" said Silver loudly. "Er...I mean...yes, that sounds like a good idea..." He looked at the floor.
Name: Icy Wind gender/race: Male / Pegasus Family: Parents deceases lives with sister (Icy Breeze) Location: Canterlot (hope its ok if i join in this late into the RP) Icy Wind look out his window and opened it up and stares at the scenery for a few minutes then moves towards his bed and puts down the saddle bags he was carrying as his sketch books kind of spill out. He lets out a deep sigh as he turns around carrying some of his sketch books to an empty bookshelf. The door to his room slowly opened "You were out sketching again, Wind?" His sister asks she had saddle bags full of food making it obvious that she just went grocery shopping. Icy Wind looks over at her "Yeah finally filled up one of the books with my sketches!" he replys looking happy and proud of his accomplishments. Breeze pulled another sketchbook from her saddle bag and lays it on his bed he goes over and sees it is black and there is a new quill inside the book ready for sketching he looks back to where his sister was standing last he checked and the door was already closing behind her. He take out the quill and put the book on the window sill and then started to sketch the scenery. He nears the end of of his new sketch and goes to put the finishing touches on it he accidently pushes it out of the window and it falls to the street.
(I'm sure it's all right!) Silver groaned internally. This probably meant there was no way to indirectly avoid his friends and his parents meeting. He would have to tell his friends about his parents and...ugh. Then what? Would they hate him? Would they agree with his parents? Silver hoped not...
"Sure! Is it Ok if we meet my sister's and maybe my dad at work after your Parents Snow?" He began to smile greatly. "I'm sure it'll be fun! They own the biggest Flower shop in Canterlot!" He noticed he was beggining to brag. "But of course I expect it'll be nice to meet your parents even more!" He jumped up and down excitedly.
