I have only two favorites in design of these transformations: Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash. So what are you're favorites? I'd also like to know the reasons why you didn't liked or disliked a certain ponies transformation, give a a good reason why. Edit: I changed the image, because I thought it was the real designs. So sorry.
>.< You are going to hate my reasoning, but I will try to put my feelings into words... In a way that makes any form of sense. Rainbowdash: Honestly aside from a few minor details I can actually feel I can more or less live with her changes, since her soft blue plays off the rainbow nicely. The biggest problem with her is her wings, which the way that they are designed lead you almost immediately to the next one and for me at least. It leads to a headache, so take a couple of the colors out and would likely help with that. Even so, I couldn't help but to at least admire the way the way the wings were designed to look as if they were pulsing even if they really aren't Fluttershy: Since I covered one pegasus let me get the other. Out of everyone in the mane 6, this happy and shy pony in my option got the long straw in the draw. The soft colors play off her palette beautifully, with the odd blue being the strangest part and only one not actually some sort of shade or reference to her original palette. Making it look odd if only because it is the coolest color on her, no more no less Pinkie pie: Why do I dislike this super party ponys' look? Paint strokes, what do I mean by that? Well, it looks like someone grabbed 3 paint brushes went down her mane and tail. This is no fault of the pony who made the picture up top, it was of similar fault even on the show. Apple Jack: The red is quite bold, but honestly for me. The pink bothers me more than red ironically, it collides with more bold palette and her bold attitude. Rarity: The paint strokes in her mane do not bother me as much as it does in Pinkies', here my biggest complaint is actually the diamonds. No not the ones on her hooves, color wise they look quite nice and have just the right pop to work without being over baring. Though the tiny almost none existent ones kinda confuse me about why they were there... Anyway, the ones I am talking about are the ones on her mane. It makes me feel like her mane is an accessory and not a part of her being. Like her mane was part of a scarf instead of a mane. Twilight: First, her wings; I truly believe the designers did the best that they could but I just do not like them! Not that I can find a reason why, they color shift works and any other colors would make the design even worse. The mane... well I actually do not mind the yellow but the small lines that help give her mane more than 2-D value, bug me again any of the other colors would not have worked but it just bugs me.
