Four turtles, living in the sewers with a rat, get caught in some foreign chemical that turns the four into anthromorphic turtles. They learn ninjitsu from their mentor, the rat named splinter, and fight baddies and mutants in secret from everyone else. It's a great origin story, one of the finest our childhoods have to offer. And Michael Bay is about to ruin it for everyone. We are outraged at his blatant rewrite of a masterpiece that should not be tampered with. His script involves the turtles actually being aliens. ALIENS. And what's more, Michael Bay thinks that it's going to be okay to change it! In response to fan's initial outcry, he had this to say. "Fans need to take a breath, and chill. They have not read the script. Our team is working closely with one of the original creators of Ninja Turtles to help expand and give a more complex back story. Relax, we are including everything that made you become fans in the first place. We are just building a richer world." This is nothing more than, as Screwattack.com put it, "just a cheap move to try to get fans to back off. But they won't." Good people, we have to put our collective foot down, and shout 'NO!' We need to tell Michael Bay not to ruin some of our favorite childhood heroes! The Ninja Turtles are NOT his creation, and he has no right to crush our hopes and dreams like this! Stand with us! Sign this petition, and tell everyone you know to do the same! The Ninja Turtles have saved New York countless times! Now, it's our turn to save them!

Ya'know something? I'm usually one of those people who defends Bay since his films arn't really that bad, and in a way, if it wasn't for the success of his transformer films, we would have never gotten mlp fim in the first place. But this? This is too stupid for me to even think of defending. What the heck kind of drugs is he on when he came up with this idea?!
