"Simple, moving, bubbling water." Winter replied. "But these berry bushes look good to me." he added, getting a closer look at them.
Aqua peered into the jungle. A pair of eyes were staring back at her, and the ground began to rumble. A big wave of water chased away.. some sort of rat, wolf thing.
The mare, who revealed her name to be Winter Rush or Rush as there was another Winter in the group looked into the ocean. She wasnt exactly at 100% but wanted to know just exactly where she was. She let go a sigh and went back to the hut.
Sun came back with a tasty soup. She gave one serving to Rush, one to Light, and one to herself. "Tell us about yourself, Rush." said Sun conversationally.
"Well.. I was raised in the snowy part of Equestria, hence my name. Im the mayor of a town called Snowville, which is just smaller then Ponyville and is quite popular as a holiday resort. Im not exactly the best fighter but i will fight for my friends to the death." Rush said with a smile on her face.
"Snowville? I used to live about 40 minutes from there. In Trottingham." her face fell slightly. "I miss it,"
Light waved off the offer, then decided to tell the two more about himself, "I'm from Manehatten, but I traveled all across the country tending to those that needed it most, picking up new tips and tricks from other doctors, that kind of stuff. Just before this whole mess, I founded an organization with several of my close colleagues called 'Healing Without Borders'. We go to countries that need it most and bring advanced Equestria medicine to backward places like the tribal lands of the buffalo, or the nation of zebras."
"Wow, you have quite the exciting life Light." Rush added to Light. She was begining to get her colour back, she felt her strength and energy coming back to her. "So Equestria is about 175 miles away. Thats a very long way away with a raft. And even with a raft, there is usualy storms in this area. I know exactly where abouts we are."
"Well, Aqua is trying to fix the boat. I think she can steer a boat, and if she can fix it, we could get out of here. It could take a while though."
"We have a boat that is repairable and a pony that can control water, I have a feeling we will be fine." Light told Rush, before answering Sun's question, "Yes and no, it is quite interesting to meet new ponies, see new places, and all that, but at the same time, it takes up all my time."
It was getting dark in the Jungle, so the group cantered back. "Hey everypony." said Aqua as she came back in. Sun quickly set to serving soup. "I think we should have a watch. There are definitely things in there, even with this sturdy house, just to be safe. How long do you think the group will sleep? An average of 10 hours, would you say?"
Aqua laughed. "I think that if we take turns, some can sleep entire nights. I just think it better safe than sorry."
Orangebolt walked back to the huts with a small net with a couple fish in it. "Now we just need to start a fire so we can cook these up!" He said, licking his lips.
Sun walked over. "Here ya go." Her horn glowed and a small, but well done campfire was instantly set aflame. Sun looked at the boat crash, and found a flat vent. "Aqua? Lil' help?" the ramp suddenly was clean of all residue. Sun laid it over the fire. "There's a grill for ya." she said, happily.
