What you think about a cutie mark tattoo on you're flank?
No one would see it when you are with underpants,so it is just for fun :D
But sadly tattoo on that place is very girly i think,so this is much for females and other orientation males...

I've been thinking of getting my cutie mark (the heart pallet) on my personal flank for awhile. But my issue is as a tattoo artist other people's work has to be perfect to pass as payable, and the things I've had done by others ends up with small little things wrong with it that I end up correcting myself, so I'd have to find a right set up of mirrors to let me see what I was doing or end up paying someone to do their best then touching it up myself in a couple weeks to (with my experience) clean up the lines... Let it be known if I don't do my own they're done in pro shops, because I rarely trust others with permanent things on my body.

A custom cutie mark could double as a standard tattoo, like mine for example. It seems very fanatical to do something like this, but I recall someone on the Gears of War forums 1-2 months after GoW2 launched getting a "Bloody Omen" tattoo (blood red gear + skull). That seemed crazy, but it still made a badass tattoo.

I, personally, wouldn't judge anyone for it.

Getting an MLP tattoo is somewhat risky IMO. I mean, how are you going to feel about yourself 10 years down the road with Pinkie Pie tattooed on your arm for all to see. Haha, I just made myself laugh.

An interesting premise, but if I was going to get one, it would have to be somewhere quite concealable like the back of my shoulder (not that I'm not proud to be a brony or anything) but that would avoid any awkward moments of people seeing Fluttershy tattooed onto my arm in a couple of years time and thinking it's really weird. That way, I'd always have a personal momento of this part of my life and be able to show people without it attracting unwanted attention from passers-by

    I wouldn't get one.

Then again, for people who know me IRL, as Badass as i seem online, I dress conservatively, would never dye my hair a color, would never get a piercing or a tattoo. I'm just not that kind of person, its not in my personality.

    However, i never judge.

It's funny because I was thinking if people would get this kind of tattoo a few weeks ago. I don't think there's anything wrong with someone getting this kind of tattoo, no matter their orientation, or a MLP tattoo of any kind.

I, too, wouldn't get one in a very visible spot for multiple reasons but I am considering the possibility of one. Of course, tattoo aren't that cheap and I would have to make sure the design was perfect because there is a lot that goes into it.

I would love to see someone get a cutie mark tattoo on their flank.

Actually, I've been thinking about getting a Tattoo of Rainbow Dashes Cutie mark for a couple of months! Problem is, I'm too young, I think. But in about two years, I think I'm gonna just do it.
I guess the back of my phone will do for now...

Would you get it on your flank, though?

I think it's a great idea either way and you definitely should!

Thank you everypony for you're opinion :D
What i meant is to get a some type cutie mark on you're side near rear end. That way no one will see it,atleast when you will get naked to someone :D
Not a pinkie pie or anything else on the arm or something..
My opinion is that it's alittlebit crazy, because after 10 years i don't think a lot of us will be still fans of this cartoon :p

Well yes, getting a tattoo of your own cutie mark would be awesome. You know what it means, and others wouldn't, unless you tell them.

A lot of us won't be fans in 10 years? I liked Pokemon when I was 7. I still like it at 20. Your argument is invalid on me. :)

I think this would depend whether or not future MLP television series will be worth watching. (If it returns to G3 crap we are done for). Although I don't see that happening. With the recognition we've been getting from Hasbro, I don't think they want to shove us away just yet. :derpe:

I would like to mention that I heard about neon tattoos that only show up under black lights. Apparently, you can get them for clubs and they don't appear otherwise. I have never researched this, though.

This is exactly how you should feel if you are going to get a tattoo. I have two, one on each arm that I got over 10 years ago. Wow, it's been awhile. I don't regret them because I made sure they meant something to me before I got them. I've been thinking about another one and before I saw the one Marshmallow Sparkle has in her picture, I was thinking about getting a Rarity heart pony on my back shoulder.

I think hers turned out great and it's making me seriously consider it. Both of mine are in places I can hide and this would be no different. To each their own on this, but I would suggest to never get one on a whim and definitely never while under the influence.

I would propably do it if I was into that kind of thing. But as TWIF, I don't usually mess around my body with dyes, tatoos, piercings and such.

Hmmm... Well that is an interesting concept, and it would be much more plausible with my OCs cutie mark (which ended up stylized in such a way that it isn't too odd), and the only time it would ever likely be seen would be during more *ahem* "NSFW" activities. It's definitely something to consider in the future, but as it stands at the moment, I don't think it would be wise.
