To be a nuisance, and annoy people on the site. It doesn't seem like he wants to do it intentionally, but he does it regardless. Due to doing it so many times, he got banned several times and decided he wanted to come back, which wasn't happening. Therefore he's banned every way possible and is using any way to get back, because he couldn't accept his ban. And nah, not quite.
It's some dude from the Ukraine who has admitted to being an "anti-brony" several times. I can't remember his exact username, but it started with "Wrz" or something like that. Nothing of value has been lost.
To be honest, i don't think that blocking registrations is going to be very effective. Sooner or later you're gonna have to allow registrations again, and he won't give up until he can continue his pathetic form of self-entertainment until he gets tired of it himself. Trolls tend to do the things you won't allow them to do otherwise, so the sooner you let him create dupe accounts for you to ban until he realizes he has better things to do, the sooner he's gone.
I agree, for this has happened to me before, except with just two accounts. Although I was a slight nuisance, the staff was... a bit more harsh than needed, and got banned. When I made the second account, the reason was because I really enjoyed going to that site and that I surely thought I was going to win this and never get banned. Yet, another conflict happened, and I got banned with a message that called me something I shouldn't post here. But now I'm grateful that I got banned because if their staff is that strict and mean, then I should stay away from it completely and find a new site to hang out at, which is here at Everypony. But basically, the guy should run out of email addresses soon and make his hobby something else.
They were being annoying but not on purpose? What? How does one do that, and then be held responsible for it?
I mean, of you wanted me to show up all you have to do is say my name in to a mirror three times. #DontBanForJesus Edit Wasn't me by the way. I can't write registration scripts at work. Too shady.
If they come up again somehow, I could always creep them out so badly that they'll never want to even hear the word "pony."
