Gender: Male Personality: Calm, collected, brave (Bloodthirsy, violent, and psychotic) Abilities: Can transform into a large bat like monster, but he requires a lot of blood, and will go into comatose-like states if he doesn't get enough blood. Strengths: Nimble and agile, able to take on multiple foes at once. Weaknesses: Weak and frail, requires a lot more blood. Weapons/Gadgets: Wooden throwing stakes, a small shotgun

Gender: Male Personality: Trustworthy, fearless, merciless, short tempered, bloodthirsty and half insane but is a nice guy. Abilities: Turns into a bat and can see people in the dark. Strengths:Strong, persuasive, charming and smart. Weakness:Angered easily, over confident, and is to brash. Weapons: two hidden blades and two silenced Tac-45's.

Gender: Female Personality: Mentally Damaged, Twisted, Neurotic. Strengths: Very high pain tolerance. Weakness: Goes instantly insane when hears or sees something that reminds her of her past Weapons: Her tiara turns into a silver gun (Haven't done a roleplay in a while >ω<)
Two things.... *a lot AND this is supposed to be in modern day *Insert city here* I'd prefer if it was a modern day-ish weapon.
