Background:A cult has sprung up within the midst of the peaceful setting of Canterlot. The ponies who enjoyed the anarchy and destruction during the time of Discord and later the rise of Nightmare Moon. The cult has now grown into a formidable force, one that may soon challenge Celestia and bring back the Chaos they so need. Celestia has erected a new sector of Law Enforcement named the C:I7 to destroy these cultist. They have been waging a secret war against the Cult of Anarchy for many years now, both sides unknown to the larger portion of the population of Equestria. However, in the recent years, the cult has been split between worshiping Discord and his chaos, or Nightmare Moon and her destruction. With the cult nearly divided into two, and also poised to start the revolution, everything seems in chaos. But what is even worse is that somepony is striking down important members of the cult that were trying to bring the cult back together to destroy Equestria. The cultist do not know if it is the C:I7 or the cultist themselves, and they must figure out soon if they are to bring Equestria to its knees. Well that'll be fine if he heals others. But know the C:I7 won't look fondly on it. And the Cultist are insane. Won't have any real allies if things go down.
Well, here's the main reason why he is like that, he HATES seeing ponies injured and in pain, so yea. If one side managed to keep him away from seeing the casualties of the other, they would have a distinct advantage with being able to get ponies back out onto the field much quicker. If not, he would try to heal everypony/one that he saw that had any injury that he could see or detect. Well, that is of course until he just becomes unable to do it anymore. And even then he might still try to heal them.
Well, they can't really do that. Remember, the entire war is a secret. The Cult would lose the element of surprise the Chaos would bring, and the C:I7 wants to stop the impending panic. So they can't stop him. But you know what happens to people the Government frowns upon. They might see him as to close to the cult.
