She frowned before turning back to Anya. "You owe us, your Highness. One false move and you're back into the sleeping chamber." Anya nodded hastily sitting up. "Of course."
Basel quieted, his expression turning serious again as he looked back at Anya. Juliet looked up at the captain. "Where will she be staying?"
"She can sleep in the cargo hold," Stephanie said, holstering her gun. Trevor frowned. "The cargo hold? That doesn't seem right."
"She is not going to be permanent, Juliet," Stephanie replied sharply. "She will stay in the cargo hold."
Stephanie turned from the group and left, clearly worried. Anya looked around anxiously, tucking her hair behind her ear. "Excuse me, but... what do I do now?"
She looked up at him before stepping out of the container. "If you say so..." Trevor watched her for a moment before turning to Juliet. "Can I help you at all?"
He nodded, starting toward his lab again. Juliet looked back at him momentarily. "If you want to. It's kind of boring."
She followed him, her strides long and elegant. "Well, I hang out down here a lot," he said with a shrug.
They eventually made it. He opened the door for her. Inside there was vials, books, specimens, and much more. "Oh good," she said. "You'll know your way around."
She frowned, looking around curiously. "What is all this? Where are we?" * * * "Just tell me what to do, Cap'n."
"Like I said. My lab." *** She laughed slightly, her brows furrowed. "I need to find a place to set up a bed."
"No, but like... where are we in the galaxy? What district?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. * * * "We can probably clear away some of this stuff."
She frowned, hugging herself worriedly. "Andromeda... that's so far." * * * He also began working, humming under his breath.
"It's alright. You'll get back to where you need to be eventually." *** She was quiet, clearing up the space.
She laughed slightly, raising an eyebrow as she considered him. "You and this crew are using me for ransom. Forgive me if I don't immediately relax." * ** "Don't you get bored of this job, Jules?" Trevor asked suddenly. "Just picking up after everyone."
He cleared off a space on his desk, looking up at her. "I only suggested that so they wouldn't put you back to sleep." *** She frowned, looking over at him. "Yes.. But I don't really mind it. I like cooking and it gives me things to do."
