You live in Cloudsdale 10 years after the Sickness. The Sickness has infected almost everyone you know, except for you; the survivors. The ones who got infected but survived went mad, and they were called the Shadows from then on. They sometimes take you away into their chamber which you'll be killed in. That's why there's only half of the amount of survivors that there used to be. So, have fun with it! (Can someone else start, I'm good at RPing, I just can't start.)
Eluuna flew uncertainly in the sky, the soupy breeze cooling her warm forehead. Her eyelids fluttered, and she sighed. The Sickness almost got her, when it came.
Cobrashy was looking for any non mad survivors a sapphire sword family heirloom on his back. That's when he spotted a white pony who looked uncertain by the way she was flying. He slowly got on top of her dive-bombing down until they were face to face. "hi, I just saw you from above and you didn't look like you had any sign of the infection. My names cobrashy by the way but you can just call me cobra. Or cobie that's what my unicorn Girlfriend called me before she perished".
Heverin sat down at her old playhouse where her and Heaven, her old twin, would play every day. She saw two ponies up in the sky, and had a memory of her and Heaven playing. She remembered how she asked her mother why Heaven had her name, how her mother had responded, "She just seemed more... heavenly when she was born." How she had been mad and yelled, "BUT WE LOOK EXACTLY ALIKE, MOM!!!" The fury, the fury. It overtook her. She had smashed her grandmother's ashes. How Heaven had calmed her, and liked her, while everyone else in the family had despised her. How the next day her parents died. She started crying and walked towards her house, one of the few protected by the Shadows.
Eluuna screamed. "Get off of me!" she said, fear in her eyes. She turned savage and crazy, scratching at Cobra, writhing in terror.
Heverin stopped in her tracks, and turned around. 'That must be another one of the Shadows' she thought. She opened her wings almost instantly, and flew straight towards Cobrashy at top speed. She knew how to handle Shadows. She grabbed both of his wings, crammed them into his sides and pushed him straight down towards the Earth. "Your welcome" she said to Eluuna in almost annoyed tone in her voice. Then, she flew to her house as fast as possible. She forgot she had something to deal with.
Eluuna stared after the pegasus, her eyes twitching maniacally. Laughing hollowly, she crept after her.
When she got back, she opened the old guest book in the living room. She wrote down quickly, Today there was another Shadow bothering a wandering mare. I took him down, but he didn't seem to automatically die like the other ones. He just seemed.. hurt. She turned around and walked over to her family picture, blowing off the dust. She stared at her mother and her father, and remember how they died hating her. How she didn't even say sorry. Then her eyes transitioned to the same exact ponies, one sort of glowing, one wearing a black bow in her hair. She took the picture to her bedroom, lay down, and held it close to her. She soon fell asleep, sobbing quietly.
Cobrashy now with agonising pain in his wings flew up to heverins home. Looking through the window and said "why did you do that I'm not a shadow, trust me". He then fainted due to the pain in his wings.
Heverin had waken up to the flapping of supposedly broken wings. She had seen Cobrashy faint. She flew out from her window, but stopped a certain distance from him. She grabbed a stick and poked him a few times and he groaned. 'He's alive then' she thought. She got closer and tested the temperature of his forehead. She looked in the back of her head and remembered that it was April 6th. She took him, placed him on her back, and flew into her room. She placed him on her bed, feeling utterly bad. She grabbed two ice packs, one for each wing, and placed them underneath his wings. Then she grabbed a washcloth, got it damp with cold water, and placed it on his forehead. (I changed cutie mark, it's now a nurse cross with holidays) She covered him with a blanket, got out some cookies and milk, placed them on the nightstand, and sat down in the room, staring at her family picture.
Eluuna flew into the room, her eyes blank. "Hello, darlings..." she said, sauntering into the house. (Can she be part of the time mad?)
A couple of minutes after Eluuna walked in cobrashy recovered and got up. "don't do that again". He grabbed the drink chugging it down. "Names cobrashy by the way". ((by mad I'm sensing a bit of The movie The shining))
Eluuna's eyes flashed. She walked over to Cobrashy. "Poor Pegasus.." she murmured inspecting his wing. Her eyes glinted, and she smiled cruely, but made no immediate moves.
"Hey! I thought you were a shadow! You cannot, I repeat CANNOT blame me! I've been blamed enough, whether I did do whatever or not, it's always ME! SHE was the one clawing at you to basically tell me you were a Shadow! I don't take risks like that! MY SISTER WAS TAKEN BY A SHADOW, NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN!!!" Her blood was boiling with anger, and her heart was beating so fast it sounded like she was having a heart attack. Giving an evil look to them both,she stomped out of her room.
"wait... Damn it. I lost both a girlfriend, sister, mother and father plus a multitude of cousins so I have it worse". Cobra went out the room trying to comfort heaverin. He then poked his head back into the room that Eluuna was in. "As for you, you better get your head together if your gonna survive in this world all 3 of us have to stick together".
"You don't have it worse." she sighed. "I lost my boyfriend, all three of my best friends, my mother, my father, my grandmother, and my sister, who was my twin. You could stare at her all day long and not know the difference except for she has a sort of angelic glow and I always wear a black bow in my hair." She showed him her family picture. "See?" She also showed him a picture of all her friends hanging out with her, and a picture of her and her boyfriend. She sighed again. "I just don't know what to do anymore."
"Well, while we have this little sob story.." sneered Eluuna, and bashed their heads together. Eluuna collapsed to the floor, and got up a few seconds later. "W...What? Where.." she noticed the dizzy ponies. "Did I do that? Flying Feathers. I'm so sorry.. I have a personality disorder ever since the sickness.. I've dubbed it Slight, because I always just miss control over myself, before it takes over. Are you ok?" she flew over them, hovering anxiously.
"you also did this,(shows scratch marks) at least I'm glad your not always like that". Cobrashy said jokingly. "anyway we can't be stuck in this house all day can we".
"We could if we wanted to, an old friend of my parents was a powerful unicorn that could cast the cloud-walking spell and put an enchantment on our house to make it never run, out of food, water, entertainment, and it's Shadow-protected." She smiled, remembering how that unicorn had escaped and lived on the moon when the Sickness came.
