On a day just like any other, ponies across Equestria woke up and started going through their usual morning routines, only to find something was very, very wrong. They were the wrong gender! Overnight, mares had transformed into stallions and vice versa, sending ponies into a panic as they tried to figure out what just happened....
Tj screamed when she realised she was a stallion, looking through her magic books for a gender swap spell but finding nothing within her spell tombs (ima post as he after this post)
Kleft rolled around in his bed, opening his eyes slowly and smacking his lips. Still exhausted and have to get up, he thought miserably. Guess it's going to be another one of those days... Yawning and stretching, he rolled out of the bed and drowsily wandered out of the room, making for the bathroom. The bathroom wasn't much, and he didn't spend much time looking at it. Pulling a towel from the rack, he ran his face under some water and glanced into the mirror, spotting an unfamiliar face. "Oh, hello! Who're..." He stopped speaking when he noticed not only that the figure was mimicking him, but that his own voice was slightly higher. His body felt slightly off kilter too... Kleft opened her mouth wide and shrieked like a banshee. "SNOW!" She yelled out. "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO ME!?"

Narrowleaf stumbled to her mirror, still a little drowsy. "...Hmm. Neat." She mumbled. "I'm... A mare. A... Mare?!! Holy Celestia!! Wh-What's going on?!!" Narrowleaf ran outside to see what was happening. "Oh... My... Gods..."
Sugar was sleeping on a sturdy tree branch, when a squirrel over her started to wake her up. As her eyes slowly opened, she yawned. "Well, I was GOING to sleep in, but that squirrel decided to wake me up.. I suppose I could get an early start on my routine... Wait a minute, is my voice deeper?" Sugar thought to herself. She jumped down from the tree, and looked in a nearby pond. In the reflection, she couldn't see herself. Instead, she saw a stallion that looked a lot like her. That's when she thought, "Oh Celestia, is that me?! I changed into a stallion?! What?! How?!" She (He?) panicked, and tried to think of a solution, coming up with nothing.
The sound of a mare screaming from the other room woke Snow from her sleep, "I thought I fixed the bar-" she started, but stopped after hearing a much deeper voice eminate from her throat, "Kleft?!" She called, stumbling out of bed, her body feeling a lot bigger and clumsier as she stumbled out the bedroom and towards the sound of the shrieking mare that now that Snow was awake, sounded disturbingly like Kleft, "Kleft, what's wrong?" She called with her strange new voice, stumbling into the bathroom and getting a good look at herself and Kleft in the mirror, only it was the wrong way, a mare was staring back from Kleft's reflection and a stallion from her's, "Sweet Celestia!" (S)he exclaimed, "What in Equestria happened to us??"
Narrowleaf put her face in her hooves. "Oh no...What's going on..?" She mumbled, returning inside her house. After a moment of thinking, she quickly ran to her shop across the street, locking the door behind her. "Oh gods, oh gods, oh gods, oh gods... What do I do?!!" She screamed.
Lead had been in a match late that night and had passed out in the locker room. He woke up an hour or two later when midnight had passed and he had lazily walked home, alone. He entered his home and passed out on the couch. When he woke up he headed to his kitchen and grumbled something. He looked to the mirror on his fridge and smiled. "Hello beautiful. I don't remember taking you home after... Wait." She walked up to the mirror and put her hoof to her face. "Aw hell no! I am not a dame!" She slammed her hoof into the fridge, denting it slightly.
Firebreeze spelt soundly on his cloud, snoring lightly, unaware of the the change that had occurred. He soon arose slowly, drowsy and yawning. He paused for a moment, something seemed off, his yawn. It didn't sound like him, in fact, it sounded rather feminine. He hopped down to the ground, disregarding the strange yawn for a moment until he looked into the window of a store as he made his way to the market place. He didn't reckognize the pony starring back. "What the... Who's... Wha...?" She thought outloud. Soon, reality struck and she panicked, dashing to the nearest creek, splashing water in her face. "Wake up, wake up, wake up!" She yelled.
Moon Shine was awakened by the sound of her husband, Match Lock, screaming like a filly. This was not unusual. He had probably seen a spider. She got shakily to her hooves, her head throbbing. This was also not unusual. She had spent the night drinking with Silver Crescent and the Night Guards, as she often did. As her hangover lifted, she stumbled to the bathroom an looked in the mirror. "Now THAT," she said in a deep voice that was not her own, "Is unusual. What the hay happened last night?"
Narrowleaf grabbed a trench coat, a fedora, and a pair of sunglasses and put them all on. She took a deep breath and walked ouside. Please don't see me. Please don't see me. Please don't see me, she thought to herself, over and over.
Lead stormed out of her home, nearly breaking the door off it's hinges. "OK, WHO'S THE PRANKSTER!" She yelled out as she turned and saw a mysterious pony in a shady get-up. "You! Get over here!" She walked angrily towards Narrowleaf.
Narrowleaf accidentally let out a yelp. She quickly turned around and ran back into her store."We're c-closed." She murmured, trying to make her voice sound like her old male one. "C-Come back tomorrow, M-M'Kay? Like, s-seriously... G-Go home until tomorrow or somethin'."
Tj ran out of his store/house after finding no spells in his house, so he ended up running around, looking for a magic shop to buy a spell at, whilst also looking for somepony who looked very experienced with miscellaneous magical spells
Moon Shine checked out his new body in the mirror, laughed, and headed downstairs to the forge, where he found a miserable looking mare waiting for him. Match Lock looked up and spoke in a soft, sweet voice that made Moon Shine fall to the ground laughing, "You too? It's happening all over Equestria... Stop laughing! This isn't funny!" Match Lock stormed out of the room and up the stairs. "Buck it! I'm going back to bed. Wake me when this nightmare ends." Moon Shine, curious to see how everypony else was reacting, grabbed a bottle of hard cider and headed outside.
"Okay, you're faking that voice." Lead kicked down the door to the building and walked in, picking up Narrowleaf. "Who are you? Why did you make me a hot babe? TELL ME!" She hurled Narrowleaf across the room.
"Owowow... That hurts, ya jerk!" Narrowleaf cried, getting up. "Besides, how would I do anything to anyone?! I'm a unicorn! Now, ya better buy somethin'! That door wasn't cheap!" She began to drag the now broken door behind the counter. "I'm serious!!"
The first thing that Moon Shine saw when he stepped outside was a pair of mares fighting in a shop across the street. He sighed, downed his bottle of cider, and rushed to break up the fight. He quickly identified Lead Weight as the aggressor, and smashed the empty cider bottle over her head. "Quiet down, fool. I have a headache."
"Unicorns use magic dope..." Lead growled almost animalisticaly. "Why are you in a trench coat? Why am I a chick? And if it's so damn necessary, what do you sell?" She sighed away her growl and sat after getting hit by the bottle. "I just don't want to be female..." Tears started to form on the edge of her eyes. "Now I'm gonna cry like a chick aren't I?" (Did I mention he's kinda insanely sexist?)
