Moon Shine began thinking about trying to live as a colt. As a mare, her life was in order. She had good friends, a loving husband, and a successful business. She had even been talking with Match Lock lately about having a foal. As a colt, everything was different... "Well, that's enough thinking for awhile!" He grabbed another bottle from his bag and began drinking.
"Ok, you need to stop that, or at least drink something lighter." Lead grabbed the bottle from Moon and chugged the remains, wiping her lips then tossing the bottle. "You can't handle it, cupcake. Gonna be drunk off your arse before we even get moving. How did you handle this stuff when you were female?" She grabs Moon and tosses him over her shoulder. "No more booze for you till we are the correct genders." (Her high "body mass" from being a wrestler, causes her to basically be immune to alcohol... doesnt mean she won't try to get drunk, but...)
Narrowleaf emerged from her shop, carrying a small bag. "Alright. I got what I needed. Let's go try to find a c-cure." She said, trotting over. "I... Uhm... My name's Narrowleaf, by the way."
Moon grabbed the empty bottle from Lead and smashed it over her head. She obviously barely felt it, but it surprised her enough that she dropped him. He got to his feet, and reached into his pack for another two bottles. "Call me 'cupcake' again and you'll be picking your teeth up off of the ground." He tossed one of the bottles to Lead, and opened one for himself. "Now shut up and drink. We have things to do, and I'm not going to try to deal with this sober!"
"Eluuna" she responded. She tossed her head, and sighed. "So, what's your experience?" she asked. "When you woke up, and discovered you were like this, what were you thinking?" She laughed ruefully. "I saw a mirror, and threatened myself with a mint leaf. Then, when no one was there, I proceeded to believe the bakery was haunted."
Narrowleaf let out a faint giggle. "You sound scary. Threatenin' ponies with mint leaves... Anyways, I panicked and hid in my store. I eventually went out, trying a disguise." She responded.
"My name is Jackie...", Tj sighed then said,"lets just go, I don't want to be a stallion any longer, it's just... Too weird for me...", & he blushed, looking around for a place to start off the search for a cure
Narrowleaf screamed, and fell to the ground. "Wh-Where'd you come from?!!" She gasped. "...And d-don't do that!! You'll give somepony a heart attack!"
"Calm down, Narrowleaf. We're all a little bit freaked out right now. It won't do us any good to have you lose your head at every little thing. It's a pleasure to meet you, Jackie. My name is Moon Shine." He smiled at the new pony. "We're all looking for a cure, but I don't think anypony here knows where to start."
Eluuna helped him..her... up. "You OK?" she asked, Suddenly, she sat bolt upright, as if she'd been struck by lightning. "Oh! I'll be right back!" she said, running into the bakery from which she came. She came out a few moments later, covered in flour, and holding five small cakes. "Hah! Cake makes everything better!" she said, triumphantly.
"Ooh! Ooh! Ooh! Can I have some?!!" Narrowleaf asked, hopping up and down. "Please?!! Just one?" She sighed, then stopped hopping. "Or since I'm a mare do I have to watch my 'figure' or whatever I'm supposed to complain about..."
"Weren't we supposed to be doing something?" After waiting for what felt like weeks, Moon Shine began wondering if anypony else was still interested in finding answers.
(I hate leaving things unfinished. If anybody actually wants to continue the RP, just ignore this and continue the story. Otherwise, here's an ending.) Moon Shine heard laughter and shouting coming from above, and looked up to see Discord flying overhead, pursued by a furious Alicorn stallion that looked suspiciously like Princess Celestia. "Fix this right now, Discord! I am not amused!" "That's okay, Celestia! I'm amused enough for the both of us!" "Do you want to be turned back into stone?!" "You don't wield the Elements anymore!" "Fine! Fix this right now, or..." "Or what, Princess?" "Or I'll tell Fluttershy that you're behind this!" Discord stopped and hovered in the air, stroking his beard thoughtfully. "Huh. I didn't even think about how much this would freak her out. Perhaps I went a little too far..." He sighed, and snapped his fingers. "There. Everything is back to normal. Happy now?" Moon Shine looked down at her body, happy to be herself again. With the stange day over, she returned home and got back to her normal life.
