Then this random guy started to harass me because of being a brony. I already got a bunch of his comments removed, and I don't see why he hasn't been banned yet. I really don't get the concept of haters. You asked them to give a valid reason to hate, and they answer with like "OH it's for little girls". No. When kids shows are made, they're made to appeal to parents as well, therefore they can sit and watch it with their children. So this guy seems like he came from 4chan, and he goes around YouTube harassing all bronies he can, calling them names that I should not post on here. I have reported him countless times, almost all his comments, and yet youtube still hasn't banned him? Big Daddy Dean? If I had to guess, based on his writing style, he's probably about twelve, has no friends, and likes to to take out his suburban white kid rage on a bunch of people that somebody that he thinks is cool told him were "gay."

I don't know how to get threaded comments with the new YT, so I can't really follow. But the premise is always usually the same with these arguments. I ask, why bother? It's just another kid on youtube. Also, again I don't know if it's Google screwing the dates, but are you really posting about this 1 month later?
I ha someone try to harass my Ask.fm account. Needless to say, the fool was obviously trying to get a rise out of me and make me angry. The best way to deal with a troll is either not at all or calmly and passively troll them back. Correct their grammar, or find other ways to dance around the point that they are trying to make. For example, the guy trolling me called me a "Pigs *******." And "ponie loving freak." I replied with "can't say I've ever been called that before" and "it's spelled pony." Needless to say, I haven't heard from them since. Most of the time, they're trying to piss you off because they're sad and lonely and have nothing better to do. Fighting them gives them strength. Don't play their game, acknowledge them, but turn them into the fool.
Don't ignore people. If you ignore people harassing you, you are literally telling them it is ok to do so, and that there are no reprecussions. Set fire to his house.
Ah, Youtube, the only place where you could watch My Little Pony related content while a religious argument is going on underneath the video for some reason. Just don't give that moron the attention he wants, man. It's clearly a troll who just wants a reaction, judging by 99.9% of his comments. Its hard to ignore people like that, I know, but if they don't get a response they'll get bored and move on. Don't try and "win an argument" with them either, they aren't trying to win an argument, they are trying to wind you up to try and compensate for the inability to actually have an intelligent debate.
Yeah, that is unfortunate. I am probably going to create an essay on Hate in itself. Just explain why people hate, and what the point of it is.
It's simple. Life is cruel, and people know it. This makes them angry. Having something to hate allows them to focus this anger on something outside of themselves, rather than allowing their rage to destroy them from the inside out.
Hmm, well it's not right of him to bully others. But if you've reported him and nothing has been done about it, it would seem that there isn't much more you can do. And should you even want to? I can't imagine anything constructive can come of retaliating. Brush him off, I say. Tell him he doesn't mean anything to you, and after saying that, move on. Don't respond to him anymore. You will have made your point, and there is little else you can do without assistance from moderators. He's hurting you because it fulfills him somehow; maybe he thinks it's fun or it lets him forget himself, but either way you don't have to care. YouTube isn't exactly a great, good, mediocre, passably sane or stable community. Let it go once it's behind you.
