    I am not an expert in computing and I have no idea what so ever what URL stands for, let alone how to upload an image using this thing! Can u upload a cutie mark without using URL? Please help!

    URL Is the "Uniform Resource Locator", its the thing that appears at the top of every website, starting with http://www.
    To get a URL for your cutiemark go to www.tinypic.com, upload it there, and select the bottom-most URL option and paste it into the cutiemark URL bar.
