There is a ten-year-old girl whom I am acquainted with who loves My Little Pony almost as much as I do. And I realized that I am jealous that MLP was originally directed towards a younger audience because they make awesome clothing that will never fit me for said audience. :/

I was kind of disappointed that I didn't get anything pony themed for Christmas but I got a whole bunch of other stuff so it doesn't really matter. I am content with what I got especially since I got some copic markers and art supplies :D I got some money too so I can get it for myself.

Overall I had a Wonderful Christmastime. <3

    By the way. My Little Pony:Friendship is Magic was directed towards a demographic of young teenage girls.
    Just putting that out there.

    Actually, the original demographic was six-year-olds. Have you researched the merchandise? What come from places like Target is definitely directed at the ages of 3-10 as is the clothing that is made. Pretty sure Justice (where my acquaintance obtained her shirt) is for 8-12 year olds. Those aren't teenagers.

    I have done my research before and I am talking about the show. Not the merchandise. They both have different demographics from what I've seen.

    Also I got this from an article I found. "Hasbro's My Little Pony line of toys and animated works, is intended for girls age 2 to 11 and is considered to be the fourth generation (G4) of the My Little Pony franchise"
    Note: By the way I said young teenagers or younger.
    I don't want to argue with you though. :\

    Lauren Faust stated that she intended Friendship is Magic to be watched by kids in general and could also be enjoyed by their family. So, basically everyone.

    Hasbro is just cashing in on the toys they make, which are in fact targeted at kids age 2-11.
