Not Impressed

...with any of you who have been overreacting. The Twilicorn drama was bad enough but now this Equestria Girls thing has been flaring up as well. What is it do you think you're doing, huh? What is it you hope to accomplish? Twilight Sparkle's becoming a alicorn. Deal with it. Even more baffling is how much of a storm there's been over Equestria Girls. As far as I know it's unconfirmed and all we have to go by is a single picture. Do we know anything about who the staff, writers and animators are going to be? Bah, wasn't "not judging a book by its cover" one of the earliest lessons in the show?

Irrational cynicism hurts most where you least expect it but perhaps I'm the delusional one thinking that the brony community is one that is harmonious. Perhaps it's just the euphoria that wore off, yeah. With that gone, our true selves show. Might be best I keep my head low. As time goes by, we might see stability return but not before an even bigger storm, I'm sure. People will rage, people will proclaim the fandom's doom and people will leave.
