I've been searching high and low for players, but I can't find a single person who plays. It's /very/ disappointing. If you play, copypasta this into the comments and fill it in. SMOnline name: Rank if known: Spread/Index/1Handed: Any braggy screenshots? Shove them in here, too. Looking forward to see if anyone else plays.
You know your having a bad day when you see this: I guess it's time to clear some stuff.. *stares at Dawn of War and that folder containing thousands of wallpapers* On an unrelated note, I restarted my MapleStory 'career'! I'm considering making a daily blog of my adventures through Maple World, assuming my lag doesn't kill me. Today has been a rather long day. School took forever today, I don't know why. I still haven't slept, it's been 4 days, tonight I shall sleep, and sleep I shall. No school tomorrow due to snow methinks, so uber long lie-in! Yay! Also, I have sad news... Soon, it may well be time for me to go on a quite long hiatus from Everypony - I have /lots/ of study to be doing, lots of exams to be passing (or at least trying to) and lots of bags of Walkers Sensations in my cupboard that need eaten. It's gonna be a long break. To sum it up in 10 words: Yet again, not much going on. Tomorrow will be different!
I have no words, this picture in newbie KingOfGames' signature left both me and Caberea in stitches: To sum it up in 10 words: Haven't slept in a long time. THAT PONY IS DISTURBING
Why, hello there! Today has not been much of a day, to be honest. This morning at 4:30AM, I got accepted into the Everypony Review Team, so I'll be helping out more around the forum now! Went to sleep at 6AM after a right good laugh on the chat with Mike about internet speeds. ... Woke up at 5:30PM. I missed a whole day. A whole. Bucking. Day. Anyhow, the rest of this day has just been working with the Review Team, chilling in the chatroom, and eating the leftover caramel shortcake I had from yesterday. I can't sum up my day in 10 words, however Dynasty Charge from the forums (a fellow Scottish brony) sums it up for me: Got a question for you guys: Who is Y?
Hey guys! Might as well start a daily blog of what I've been doing all day. ----- Today (Well, technically yesterday as I am posting this at 3AM the next day) was a crazy day. Let's get the ball rolling, shall we? This morning, I was rudely awoken by a rather loud noise outside - it's been snowing here in Scotland for a few days now, and this morning all the snow fell off our roof and landed rather unfortunately on my mums car, setting off her car alarm. Considering the car is parked right next to my bedroom window... And the headlights started flashing into my window... Yeah. Not exactly the greatest start to the day, eh? I went to CeX (also know as Entertainment Exchange up here) a couple of weeks ago and traded in £80 worth of games: My apologies for the huge picture... Anyhow, I got £80 worth of store credit, so decided to spend £28 on four particular games - Halo Reach, PGR4, Halo 3: ODST and Fable 3. However, the copy of Fable 3 I bought doesn't work. My plan was to trade in the game before I went to my gig, but I never had time. My friend appeared outside my house to pick me up and take me to the gig just as I was going to leave. On the plus side of that, I bought his old laptop off him for £30, and I'm using it now. Samsung R60 Plus - 2x512MB RAM, upgraded 500GB HDD, 16" screen, and about 28 minutes of battery life when fully charged. T-T We went to see Moving Pictures, who are a Rush tribute band - if you live in the UK, and you like Rush, you should definitely check these guys out. You can find them either on their homepage or on their Facebook Page. Me and Connor arrived at the gig an hour early (Connor bought me the ticket) and we got the chance to hear them do their last sound-check, and dang was it awesome. A few minutes later we walked up to Morrisons, and I stupidly bought and ate 44 caramel shortcake bites, and now my stomach is killing me. Caramel bites + moshing = pain. Once the doors opened, we got to the front of the stage immediately. I sat and stared at the guitars for the most part - I've never seen so many Gibsons in all my life, he even had a totally Alex Lifeson-esque doublenecked guitar, and I guitargasm'd. Their show was amazing, totally worth the £13.50 I never spent on the ticket. Atmosphere was electric, everyone was headbanging and air-drumming and air-guitaring and having a laugh with the band between songs - one of the best cover bands to walk on the Earth, I'd say. So, I originally said that the day was so-so, but I imagine you are struggling to see the negative point. Well... my mum and her fiancée split up today. He was the closest thing to a fatherly figure I had, and we shared a lot of interests, from music and TV to our favourite shaving cream. He was pretty cool guy, he drove cool car and doesn't afraid of anything. Gonna miss him a lot. Also, I failed my important History test resit on Thursday, and my mum has been called into school to look at my options. Ouch. Anyways, that concludes my day in detail. To sum it up in 10 words: Ears hurt, kinda sad, new Fluttershy episode made me cry.
I'm not sure if I'm going to use the blogs often (if ever at all) but I just wanted to make at least 1 entry... having a big fat zero on my profile is odd. I guess I should start saying something useful then... hmmm... Backstory time! Oh, as a side note - spelling mistakes not intentional, I'm using the IE app for 360 to type this up so it's slow and unpredictable. It's coming up to my birthday shortly... My mums birthday is on the 20th November. I spent £[REDACTED] on her presents, and we have a recurring joke going on where she keeps saying shes 21, so I bought her a birthday card which said "21 today!" and I wrote '+VAT' on the end (another recurring joke).None of this information here is actually useful to anyone, so I leave you with this: My views on Season 3 so far are... well, I'l put it like this - I preferred the season 2 pilot. It's pretty good, but one thing that bugged me was the serious lack of Applejack (my rhymes are sublime). That, and the few frames of animation where Twi is teleporting across the river or whatever when shes singing about her magic being up to scratch, and her legs all of a sudden become longer than her body. Nyeh, nothing is perfect, The best part is, we have no idea what's coming next! Oh, when do the new episodes air?
