Hey Everypony! This is a little poem/short story I wrote when I was out in the field these past 3 weeks. It's a little grim so SPOILER TAGS!! Enjoy And please give feedback. corrective criticism is a must for improving ones story telling capabilities. Spoiler: contains descriptions of violence I was sitting in the mud, a river on my cheek. I acted for the better but was it worth the loss? A light pierced the sky, bruised knuckles, the carbon reeked. The night began to fade and a new day would be made. But the day was not my day for my day had been made a light A simple light to illuminate my brother in the wake of the fight His faced embellished with scars, blood, pride and memories I killed my brother this day for I led him into the fray. Though I thought to myself "should I really take the blame?" "Or mark this day as the day I avenged my brother.. ..And secured a new day?"
