  1. So... wow... That is a lot of time that passed right now.

I think i really have to thank you all for your support, it really helped, to know that you guys are always strenghening my back.

So what to say? Most of the Time my work is really stressful, but also a lot of fun, which helps. It uses a lot of time of my day, and when i come home in the evening i do other stuff, since i have to fit more and more fun activities in less time.

So yeah... The withdrawal syndroms are nearly gone... still a little mentally unstable. (Thanks to my boyfriend, who was always there, i could get over the downs i had) And im coughing my lungs out sometimes.

Sooo.... i think im doing quite well... talked to a friend about it, since he stopped smoking too some month ago and he gave me the advice, not to think i can smoke a cigarette here and there every few month or weeks, when im outjust for fun. it doesnt work and is not a good idea even though you want it. Well.... have to remember that!

Still on my way... i still know i am part of addicted. i recognise every smoker on the street... i see them and smell them and still feel like one... but its getting better
  2. So the first week is nearly over now... didnt have much time to post again ;)

So how did everything go? My strongest fear was for going out at night, because beer and cigarette are magnetic.... So what happened? On Thursday my boyfriend told me he got a travel to come for the weekend. So i wasnt alone and everything went pretty well :) Still no cigarette and a great weekend.

Okay... still the withdrawal symptoms are getting on my nerves. My hands are shaking i feel very cold a lot, and sometimes i get depressed suddenly. And I cough like i was ill. Soo.. yeah... not so great.

Still im on my way ;)
  3. First of all i want to thank you all for your support!

Secondly I want al of you to give Peace some love, he can need it... *hugs*

So... my day... its not going well... my co workers do smoke a lot, and if i want to talk to them while they are smoking i just smell it and want to have a cigarette too.... But i didnt ask for one and i dont have my own anymore in case i get weak at night... So that actually was a huge step.
But i got really stressed today at work, and longed for a cigarette so hard... even know its getting worse and worse with every minute :/

Well well... its not a nice feeling, i leave my house and already meet people on the street smoking... like i did, after leaving the house before taking the bus... or people smoking after they had lunch... like i did... But the worst will be next weekend.... When i drink beer i normally smoke like a chimney, and beer and cigarettes were always something that went together when i was out partying... I think it will be the hardest day coming for me, and i need to have a strong mind.

Right now its i think something over 42 hours since my last cigarette and my body is feeling a little itchy and my hands start to tremble at times. Even though im not a person that loves sport, i found that when i do some sports at home the need for a cigarette just goes to the background. So im trying to do more sports, what also is a good thing, since i wanted to start more sports too and it goes hand in hand now.

Again thank you all for your support and advice in times of need! You all are awesome people!

  4. So yeah... i finally decided to quit smoking completely. In the last few weeks i already started to reduce my consume piece by piece.... And well yesterday i decided to give stopping completely a try.

Right now i have been without a cigarette for about 21 hours... well... doesnt sound long but it really feels long... Sometimes i have the feeling i have to brains working against each other... Its like i just finished my pizza and my first thought was "oh how about a cigarette... that would be nice" while the other side of me remembered, that it is not a good idea...

Well.... yeah... how do i feel right now? I cant concentrate and had to stay longer at work, because i needed ages to finish something i wanted finished before leaving. Well.. sometimes i wonder how non-smokers get the time to move on, when there is nothing to do.

Well how do i do it? Im so taken up in my work, that i simply dont think about smoking, except for when i have lunch break... Well for all the other times, when i really really want to smoke a cigarette.... i just write a message to my boyfriend... and he sends a picture of him to me... well... that does sound cheesy, but it works...

So... i will try to update daily on how i am doing

Have a lovely evening Everypony!
