I was banned because the staff didn't look into a situation enough when I was being cyber bullied and thought I was the one harassing another user and banned me, I was pretty popular there and lost a lot of friends because of that and that's why I started to become less social.

Me too. I was really liked there, until I got banned. You might of known me by my real name, Pin Point.

I was banned way back in 2013 I doubt I would have saw you around back then. (back when it was still good)

Ok. I joined in 2014, and got banned in 2015. I guess I made a good impression because most of my friends missed me when I was banned.

I hate that place so much, they banned me for a stupid reason because they thought I was 'aggressive and rude' to other members. (Which I wasn't.) I also kind of got into a fight with the staff and got banned.

You aren't alone when it comes to negative experiences with MLP forums. I ended up leaving years ago (around 2012, I think) after my posts defending LGBT people from homophobia were censored by moderators and administrators. Additionally, they sided with a religious obscurantist who was flaming me. The truth of the matter is that those forums are permeated by totalitarian groupthink.

In fact, Lyipheoryia pointed out some time ago that a good deal of MLP-themed forums aren't capable of dealing with those of differing opinions; MLP Forums is sadly the norm, not the exception. It also doesn't help that this fandom is past its prime (the show has been running for almost six years now).

I am extremely disappointing that MLPForums is seen as the go to forum and the most popular forum for bronies, I don't know where people get that idea from because I've had far better experiences here (and on my own forum *cough* check it out *cough*) than on there So where do people get that idea that it is the best when it has the worst moderation team I have ever seen.

@A Jewel of Rarity I think it's just the fact that there are a lot of people signed up in MLPForums. I do believe that-once upon a time-it was a good forum, but it's gone downhill.

The administration team is still dumb as hell, I was banned because an admin didn't look into me being harassed enough and thought I was the harasser the guy that was cyber bullying me got caught out for lying so I sent in a ticket to be unbanned since that other guy got banned and they still won't unban me so at this point it's worse that they can't admit they banned me for an unjustified reason.

I just hate to think that the mods think actually they're doing good when in reality they're hurting everyone.

True, they always think they're right about everything and have too much control over the members.

This why I gave up on that site, such disrespect. They could've handled me and everyone else so much better than they did,

To be honest, not all of them are bad. Two of them are my friends, PathfinderCS and Raritas. Therefor, I trust them.

Oh, and I forgot about Lightwing. He was also my friend.
