more like the original, Magic:The Gathering for PC by Microprose in back in 97', The card game is just the fighting part of the RPG experience.
I ain't never heard of that game until 2012! xD sorry But I might as well add that into the collided game!
I think it'd be nice to see a pony game come to fruition. One that's actually worth playing. Maybe an RPG style pony game. Could use OC's or canon characters. As opposed to the cheery side of things maybe a darker storyline. Not like grimdark or creepypasta but darker than the show. I'm not good at game design, lest I'd have made something like this long ago, so it'd be nice to see this happen. I could pitch a few ideas for a storyline if this interests you. You could either have a text-only game or one with voice actors (lots of people would love to participate). If you'd be interested any further just shoot me a PM/VM.
I like the voice actors idea, but they are having too many text only games, especially stupid ones. The idea I had for an MLP game was a strategic game, like Halo Wars or Dragons Of Atlantis. Like any other strategic games, you would be able to train units and vehicles, research normal and special upgrades, and upgrade units as well, and upgrade your houses/facilities and base. I feel as if MLP game creators should have fighting games, ones that kinda relate to mortal combat but not quite.
I'm still disappointed that Fighting is Magic fell through. That looked like it was going to be a pretty amazing game. A strategy game might be fun but I don't know if you'd want to do a combat strategy game. Maybe a game with a mix of text/VA interfaces and strategy components. That sounds kind of interesting.
I've actually had this game idea before, it's the Etherial Era I'm working on, but that one's on hold for now. - - Auto Merge - - Yes, I could allow that in the games, but most of the game may need to remain in text though, but voice actors are good! - - Auto Merge - - That would be copyright... -_- But I could make some similar to those though!
I was actually making the Fighting is Magic for PS Vita. I had finished it a while ago, but then the data was lost with the PS Vita data... ;-;
