In the middle of the Torchwood Forest near the border of Lorasettia, Ragdoll sat upon a rotted stump stitching himself back together after an unexpected bandit attack and thinking about what had brought him to where he is now. Ragdoll had spent most of what he could remember of his life living in Elkenshthyme, until Nexis invaded and he had to make his way toward the Elven lands. He didn't want to leave his home but he knew that if he was captured he would be experimented on and Nexis would gain the knowledge of how to construct an army of ragdoll demons and this he could not allow. As Ragdoll sat there going over the past couple of months he got that feeling that something or someone was coming. Fearing the bandits were back to finish what they started Ragdoll took cover behind a tree and waited to pounce on who ever came around the bend.
Thangurdaer sat in the square of the only safe haven for free elves who denounced Nexis' rule. Sure there was less of them than there was under Nexis but he honestly didnt care. Thangurdaer was badly treated in this place despite earning quite a living. sometimes he only wished he spotted the error of his ways and faked his own death sooner and on other days he wondered what it would be like if he stayed with Nexis and took her offer to be her husband.
Nissa finally was free of royal responsibilities and escorts. She got to be a kid and play through a giant gorgeous forest. As Nissa ran, she stumbled upon a band of rugged men. Each was sitting in a circle chating. They turned to look at Nissa, gleams in their eyes and a big smile now on their lips. One man licked his lips and pulled out a knife from his belt. All men advanced toward Nissa. "Catch!" Nissa threw her teddy bear at the closest bandit, knocking him backward. Everyone looked confused as to how a teddy bear could knock a man over. Taking advantage if the cunfusion, Nissa spun her bear around to hit all the men into each other. As the fell and were scrambling to get up, Nissa shouted at them, "Go home and be decent folk!"Nissa continued through the forest and came to a clearing with a river flowing through it. Unbeknownst to Nissa, there was an unusual creature who took notice of her presence.
As the sky darkened with grey clouds, the tall man lurked through the woods, covered by a thick sack-cloth cloak, black and dirty. As his long legs stepped over leaves like stilts, the man heard some shouts echoing through the leaves... a little girl? But he could smell other things... and he was hungry.....
Hannes was polishing his shield on the side of a road when all of the sudden, bandits armed with magic, swords, axes and the like jumped him and surrounded him. "We don't want to harm you, just give us your money and walk away." Said the one with the sword. "Why don't you come over here and take it from me?" Hannes said. "Ooooh, we've got a fighter!" Said the mage. The axe wielder ran at him, jumped, and swung down. Hannes put up his shield at the last possible second, and the force of the impact with the shield knocked the bandit on the ground. The mage ran at him with a dagger, but his arm was twisted, dislocating it, and the arm with his spell was grabbed, extended, and a stream of flames incinerated the axe-wielding bandit. Hannes picked up the dagger, and drove it through the stomach of the mage. He glared at the sword-wielder, who then ran away.
Thalia leaped across a turbulent stream, her cloak blowing out behind her. She landed on the other side, and the shadows tightened around her. She heard a rustle in the bushes ahead of her, and she looked up, her startling blue eyes scanning the foliage. With a frown, she twirled a gloved hand, gathering the darkness from the very corners of the forest.
Deciding for a walk, Thangurdaer headed out to the nearby forest. He rolled up his bladed whip and headed out to the forest. He walked through the branches and leaves before coming across a waterfall. He then followed it down until he saw to feminine figures.
Dodging the shadow daggers, Thangurdaer pulled out his whip. With a sharp flick of his left arm the whip audibly made a sharp cracking sound making nearby birds fly away. I then slowly approach the figures. Making it so the black Nexis' elves Slave master armour was okay along with the white and gold armour of the Nissa'n elves that lined his entire left shoulder and arm was covered by his black cloak with the symbol of Queen Nexis on it. Just in case it was one of her elves.
I heard several movements in the dark forest, I could hear a form of battle up ahead. For months, I have been hunting a Slaver named Thangurdaer, he was wanted for something I forgot long ago. I ran through the forest, making progress at my vast speeds and light weight. I was shirtless, yes, but the pants, boots, arm guards and torn red cape had shown years of survival. I had never given up. Upon my arrival I saw him, the man with the head I needed to deliver. I jumped into a tree, various leaves and branches hiding him perfectly. He slowly pulled out his Katana, hoping that the hunted will move into position. (Heres what I look like: http://cs312316.vk.me/v312316666/a1fd/C7VRWiGO0mk.jpg)
As I move my whip into position the bladed whip catches Iriko's katana. As he pulled it forward his white armoured left arm shone in the light. As it pulled the Katana towards him.
I leapt out of the tree and activated my Lightening Gauntlets. As I landed the gauntlets struck the ground with a sheer force, creating a shockwave which will knock the surrounding back. I rushed forward, my left gauntlet protecting me while my right would deal the damage.
"Who the hell are you, If your part of Nexis' lot prepare to die if not I have no quarrel with you. I left my life as a Slave master many moons ago. Leaving behind a position of power that I could of had as Nexis' Fiance."
Right after the man had spoken it was too late, I punched him in the gut, sending jolts of electricity through his entire body. I use to just sit around and talk while the enemy had the chance to kill me. I used all of my force into one arm, sending the man ten feet from me, "I am known as the Wandering Blade, the most well known bounty hunter even around these parts," I said as I picked up my katana, "I have been hired to take you into prison for your crimes, dead or alive," I activated my gauntlets electrical triggers, making the blade of my katana glow a light blue, surrounded by jolts, "If you come with me I guarantee you no harm, but if you show hostile actions, then I'll be glad to slice you apart."
Thalia lowered her hands as she watched the two converse in front of her. She took a slow step back, and then another.
"You do know that I am no longer part of Nexis' cruel mining operations. I also faked my own death. So the person who wants me dead or alive, will have heard of my fake demise and should of cancelled your contract. Meaning your whole thing would of been for nothing and your contractor would of thought you had just cut off the head of my already dead body. So, either way you won't get a pay check. Unless of course, you fancy going against Nexis and her elites themselves."
I looked at the man, 'faked his own death? Who hell does that!?' Those thoughts were processing through my head. "I care none for Nexis, if my contractor sent me after a deadman..." I thought for a moment, "What does the Nexis logo look like?" I kept my blade pointed at the man.
The tall man hid within the darkness cast by the trees, listening of the word who spoke as a traitor to his queen. Being ever loyal, the man planned the execution of the man... and he would temporarily satisfy his hunger.
