    I believe they are manually given. Considering that the person in charge of the site's paypal does not have internet at the moment, give it about a week or so.

    But just to be sure, make sure that the charge applied to whichever payment method you used, and/or ask a mod, since I'm not 100% sure if it is automated or manual yet.
