Hey there everypony! Foxytail here with an announcement staff update! It's my sincerest regret to announce that our ever esteemed leader Grey Nightmare has chosen to step down for personal reasons related to school and self discovery. While he remains an admin and staff advisor, he's informed us that he won't be able to continue leading the website. While we all are sad to see him go, we support him all the way and wish him well! Don't worry fillies and gentlecolts, he'll be back! With Grey stepping down, Derpy Hooves has stepped up to take his place as Head Admin! Protect your fridges and prepare the muffin mines, Hooves has absolute power! :derpe: In all seriousness though, congratulations Derpy, I know you've worked hard and you totally deserve this! So from now on if you have anything you need to talk to about things concerning the site, Derpy's the one in charge to send your messages to! And without furth-... oh wait, I got something else on my list... hmm... blah blah blah... "Ok Foxy, you're an admin now... you got admin pri-" WHAT? This can't be... IT IS! It seems I've been given a spot on the admin team! That's right bronies, I now have admin powers for the forums so if you have a problem and don't want to disturb Derpy, feel free to send me a message, especially if it's about other members! I don't plan to let this interfere with my radio or community manager positions, so don't think I'm stepping down from those areas! You'll still see me DJing and I still ask that you come to me or the other community patrol members with any problems, issues, praise, warnings about other members, or just to talk and have fun! While on this topic, we've decided to update our staff lists. To ensure that everyones talents are being put to full use, some of us have taken extra responsibilities, so here is the list of who does what! It's a shame to see Grey step down, but it's completely understandable that real-life issues come first. Grey, thank you so much for everything you have done for this site, and especially for making this site to begin with. I hope everything goes well for you! Thank you for posting this, Foxy.

Thanks for all the support and well-wishes guys, but in all honesty its not so much real-life issues, as a tough decision to pursue my true ambitions in life, something I need time for, time I originally spent working on Everypony. Yes I'll still be around and I very much would like to (in the coming week) explain in a little more detail what's provoking my absence, how long it'll be for and what my duties here still entail, regardless I assure all of you Foxy, Derpy and the gang are more than capable of keeping things smooth and productive, if not more so than I was! Thanks again guys, you've been great.. Indescribably so!

Sorry to hear that you are stepping down Grey, but it is your decision and I hope that it works out for you. And congratulations Foxytail for being promoted! You are a great choice for the job and I know you'll do well!
I must say, I will indeed miss knowing that the ever capable Grey nightmare is no longer at the helm of the ship. However I believe derpy hooves will make a wonderful captain, and put my trust in him completely, having seen his competency in previous endeavors around the site. I also want to congratulate foxy for the acquisition of power given to him, I know you will not abuse it and in fact show your prowess in the methods which you wield it.
