"I'm Liang Siu and I've been contracted by Imperator Weiss of Elysium to detain a rouge Hellwalker governor, dead or alive." Liang said, although he was to kill his target, he was going to make his target's death seem like he threatened him first. "I intend to cause no trouble while in your city unless I'm interrupted. This is a potential international threat, and that I have clearance from Imperator Weiss himself to perform my mission in all territories on Earth."
"I am BioTech, one of the Omnisent 6, I have my own reasons for being here," He looked around, "Recently we've seen acts of rebellion in this part oft he city and we... I mean I am here to stop it."
With Pandora navigating and Steve at the wheel, the group made it to the Hellwalker estate without incident. Steve breathed a sigh of relief as he parked the bus. Despite a few setbacks, he had managed to get the Hellwalker women safely home. In the process, he'd also managed to meet some interesting people, get shot four times, and uncover an international conspiracy that threatened everything he had ever known. Elysium, and their attack dog Cryotech, had to pay for what they'd tried to do in Nipton.
After some hesitant negotiations, Liang was let into the city to complete his mission while Biotech and his armed guard provided any assistance. Liang, preferring to hunt alone, allowed Biotech to stand guard if the UMB decided to do something stupid. Liang found that his target was inside of the Nottingham Playhouse, which was now used as a large office. There was little to no guards surrounding the building, and upon a quick study of the building, he could detect seven different entry and exit points. When he was roughly a hundred meters from the building, he activated his camouflage that turned him almost completely invisible as he went to work.
The troops approached the building, they were in stealth mode, using their active camouflages (Yes, from the game Halo). BioTech stood on a hill using an Active-Camo as well, spectating anything that would happen. They were in stealth mode, and if the UMB were foolish enough to attack, it would all end for them.

Steve pulled his motorcycle down from the baggage trailer, no easy task given the fact that it weighed nearly seven hundred pounds with the sidecar. He hoped that he would be able to find gasoline in Britain, as the bike's gas tank had enough left for fifty miles, tops. He knew that he should have converted the bike to an electric motor a long time ago, but there was something about the roar of the old internal combustion engine that he loved. Still, fuel was never easy to find, and he knew that the day would eventually come when the old Harley finally died.
An old Hellwaker sat in his office as he worked on his computer. Just as he was about to finish his work for the day, closing his documents until the power in the room suddenly went black. Not long later, a dusty lamp on the other side of the blinked back into life, but nothing else reappeared. The old hellwaker looked around out of fear and was a agitated about what was happening. Just as he stood up from the desk, Liang reappeared as his camouflage was disabled. "Just....who are you?" The hellwalker spoke as he pulled out a pistol and aimed it carefully at Liang, his hands shaking from the fear of the assassin. "The ghost of christmas past..." Liang replied before taking out his plasma sword and stabbing his target straight through the heart in the blink of an eye. "You've been a very bad man, Mr. Scrooge" Taking his sword out as the old man quickly deteriorated, Liang took the opportunity to throw him out of the window, glass shattering upon impact as the old Hellwalker fell onto the street below, shocking onlookers. Liang sheathed his blade as he held his ear to an earpiece. "Objective secure. Target has been eliminated." Liang spoke. "Very good, take anything of importance." Another voice, older and dryer replied. "Return to base after." "Understood." Liang then placed a strange yet highly advanced rectangular box next to the terminal, which was copying any documents of importance and sorting them out. While doing so, Liang jumped onto the street below and stood next to the now dead Hellwalker, closing his eyes. His job was technically done, but something told him that he was not ready to leave just yet.
Two guards, the same guards that asked for their papers rushed to the body. "He's been shot, go inform Lucifer and Natasha. It seems Relations are about to turn sour." One of the hellwalkers then rushed off. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ "Not too long its two streets down from here. Grab all the weapons and stuff and follow me. I'm sure you'll find some gasoline. We passed a few petrol stations on the way here." Pandora then headed off as they walked through the streets right to the heart of the UMB, the old market square. "Here it is. Just head into the building over there, the one with the lion statues and you'll get an audience. Hopefully."
Just as Liang watched the second Hellwalker run away, several more officers rushed towards the scene pointing their weapons at him. Liang just stood there as the group of officers came closer and closer towards him. As soon as they were within five feet from him, Liang took his Plasma sword out once more and cut down the remaining goons, leaving the original guard that collected the papers time to run and even allowed him to call for reinforcements. "I have clearance from the highest authorities on the planet for my actions here, today. I'm just dealing with a threat to international security." Liang said as suddenly a blue light appeared on the wrist of his armor as the strange hard-drive levitated off the table then activating a small jet to fly out of the building and the town within moments, far too fast for any weaponry available to the UMB would have shot down. "If you are to arrest me, you'll be in for quite a surprise." Not long later, he seen a vehicle in the distance heading towards his location. It was not of the UMB, so it left little importance to him. If things turned nasty, Cyrotech acted as reinforcements to take down whatever military the UMB had. Liang had no intention of starting a war, the UMB however....
Biotech took off after the guard who went to inform the Hellwalker leaders. He didn't want war, but he needed to find the source of the rebellion, it wasn't the UMB though, surprisingly. He left his troops to support Liang just incase anything happened. ------- ------- Iriko was silent, not saying a word the entire time. He followed along, but something was off about the moment. He felt a presence, normally when he is near Tech he can feel the different pressures in the air, this one felt new but seemed old. This presence was more... toxic that the rest, it seemed restless, it felt energetic, it felt odd. He wasn't sure what was going to happen, but a big event will take place, and it wasn't going to be a good one either. ------- ------- A man spotted several Tech units traveling and wondering the streets. With one swift teleportation blow, he was right behind them, putting his blade away. The units fell to the ground, chopped up into fourths. He then turned and walked towards one of the commanders. He knelt down, taking the Tech Commanders Holo-pad and checking it, "BioTech, your a fool," he stood up, his gauntlets having the Tech symbol on it, except they had an X shaped star going through them. This was the symbol for the OutCast, the rebellion that almost brought Tech to its knees, but failed when Elysium came into the picture, they were the first to get caught in war. First it was over resources, but then moved to territory, Elysium took everything from the OutCast military, leaving them barely any troops to fight. The last of the OutCast, the lone survivor who took out two Elysium armies was a huge surprise. The man easily crushed the Holo-pad, only a tank could crutch them. he quickly took off in a sprint to BioTech's position.
Liang noticed more and more reinforcements arrive around his location, now numbering at around fifty. Before they could even attack, Liang's blade seemed to crackle like lightning before he stabbed it downwards onto the ground, causing a short-range electronic pulse powerful enough to fry their electronics while also retaining the power to injure thirty of them, while the remaining twenty collapsed onto the ground dead. He looked as the crowd of onlookers came around the corner. He was making quite the scene, all over a simple assassination. He was not looking for a real battle, he just did not feel like one. ---------------------------------------------- Adaria and the others soon came around the corner of the street before finding some civilians, mostly Hellwakers, running away from a display that was occurring about a hundred meters up the road. The Neko felt an unpleasant feeling run amongst her skin, and took out her two blades if she needed to fight before heading out and making her way through the crowd of terrified people.
Leaving his motorcycle parked near the bus, Steve lugged dragged the crate of weapons behind him in a cart that the Hellwalkers had provided. Across his back was an old knapsack that he had recovered from the sidecar, the weight of its contents straining the straps. It contained the items recovered from the safe earlier, as well as a bag filled with hundreds of flawless diamonds, the largest nearly the size of a baby's fist. Since the impact a century earlier, cash had become useless in most places. Gold and jewels, however, were still prized all over the world, and were still as valuable as ever. As he walked with the others, he noticed something happening up ahead. Dropping the knapsack into the cart, Steve drew his revolver and followed Adaria through the crowd. As he walked, he quickly loaded the weapon with armor-piercing rounds, remembering the body armor worn by Cryotech's men at the airport.
Adaria pushed her way towards the crowd until she made it to a large empty space where Liang held a UMB solider by the neck with one arm, choking him as his face turned red from the lack of oxygen. Noticing the Neko with two ninjatō blades in both of her hands and a wooden rifle on her back, he threw the UMB solider across the street as he turned his head slightly to see Adaria look at him. "Go away, feline. I have no quarrel with you..." Liang said simply, noticing another man with a revolver appear as some others began to arrive. He was willing to give them one chance to leave, and if it was ignored, then he was to kill them. "This is international business. I suggest leaving."
Steve grinned, and leveled his revolver at the man's head. "Sorry, but no." His smile faded, replaced with a blank and emotionless stare. "I've seen the symbol on your uniform before. It was on the rifle of a man that would have happily slaughtered countless innocents in America, had I not killed him first. That is the symbol of Elysium." Without lowering his gun or taking his eyes off the man, Steve spoke to Adaria. "Get his weapons. If he moves, I'm going to put a bullet in his head."
Pandora followed Steve and Adaria through the crowd but quickly kneeled when she spotted a certain two people coming her way. She was quickly followed by other hellwalkers. "Ah, Pandora I see your task went well and it seems you've built up quite a team. Though I feel its time to reveal yourself. You see Liang, Pandora here is actually my fiancée Natasha. I'm sure you've heard that she is the fourth most powerful hellwalker to ever exist behind me and my parents. Now since this Mother********* (points to Liang) decided to go against the deal I had with Elysium you are in big ass trouble. I agreed to the silent I repeat Silent assassination of Castiel. Not killed, chucked out the window for every hellwalker to see, then kill some of my best men in cold blood. YOU can inform your master that the peace treaty between our nations are off thanks to your actions." While Lucifer waited for a response he turned to Natasha. "I hope your plan of uniting all mutants into one unified group will pay off. We will need a lot of countries fighting together if this will lead to war." He then quickly wrapped some darkness over Liangs left arm and chest and did a powerful tug. Ripping off all his armour and any other piece of clothing/metal equipment.
(I was half-expecting some big reveal where Pandora was actually Natasha, traveling incognito for some reason.)
Liang held a finger to his ear as he began to speak, also addressing the crowd on purpose until Liang received a call he had been waiting for. Most of his armor had been ripped off, but it would have done little effect to what form of monster they were about to face. "My Imperator, your predictions have come true. What's the next course of action?" Liang called as Adaria walked silently towards him, in a stance that allowed her to instantly sprint at full speed towards him. "Then it seems that it's off then...leave nobody alive if possible." Weiss called through the background. "Understood" Liang then noticed Adaria suddenly jolt at her, only for the Neko to be deflected and sent sailing over a hundred meters to the ground below in a sudden yet painful blow. Upon surprising the remainder of the group, Liang's head was suddenly completely covered by the rest of Liang's armor to reveal a black helmet shaped like a skull with blue lines across the teeth and eye holes. Upon doing so, Liang took out his Plasma Blade, which had a spotless blue blade while Liang's palm on his free hand of the right arm activated a beam of pure energy that was charging up. Only Adaria was fast enough to realize what was going on. "GET DOWN!!!" She cried out, just as a blue beam of energy shot at the group hit nearby their feet that was powerful enough to destroy tanks, or even level entire buildings. Adaria was sent flying, unsure of what had happened to the rest of the group with burns to her armor. By the time she looked back at her foe, he was standing on the top of a building folding his arms. Liang turned back, noticing that there was a Cryotech presence in the area. He looked at the currently invisible yet heavily armed soldiers nearby him as he waved two fingers, ordering them to attack. While back on the ground, the pieces of armor that were ripped off seemed to be shaking strangely. It appeared harmless, but had a more sinister purpose.
Lucifer called out to all guards and citizens to arm up and prepare for for the coming darkness. For what Liang didn't know was that very soon it would be nightfall and as he knew the darker the surroundings the more powerful the hellwalkers are. Soon Cryotechs forces would face the wrath of every hellwalkers powers from across The UMB and he was pleased very pleased by Natasha's response about her plan. Liang and those in charge of Elysium would not be prepared for their top secret plan of all mutants of all different kinds and some pro-mutant normals from across America and western europe would face up against Elysium led by none other than Natasha and her team.
"Well, crap. That didn't go as planned." Steve had lowered his revolver when Pandora, or as he now knew her, Natasha, had approached. In the ensuing scuffle, he hadn't been able to get off a clear shot without risking hitting either his allies or one of the dozens of innocent bystanders. Eventually, he spotted his foe on a nearby roof, and fired his revolver at the man's chest. He didn't have a chance to confirm a hit, as he noticed a strange movement out of the corner of his eye. The pieces of the Elysian assassin's armor were shaking, and Steve's instincts told him that something bad was about to happen.
The pieces of armor were shaking onto the ground, vibrating in intensity until they suddenly took into flight towards Liang and flew straight into the assassin, repairing itself as a strange aqua colored liquid appeared underneath the armor, now making it impossible for the armor to be ripped apart via combat. "Unimantium armor, the strongest metal on the planet. Five hundred times stronger than steel, but also the rarest metal on the planet. You're not going to hurt me, yet alone make a scratch." Liang informed the group. "As much as I would love to stick around and play around with you, I'm afraid that my time has been cut short." As the super assassin leapt into the air and stood onto something metallic, which then deactivated it's shield to reveal an enormous helicopter and a few soldiers, with Gatling lasers pointed in their direction and enough explosive missiles to level the entire center of town. "Until then, I bid you adieu!" He replied as he then jumped from the helicopter outwards, landing on a shuttle while in mid-flight with ease as he stood on it's right wing, arms folded as he watched the group vanish within a moment. Liang was now gone, but the danger was still present.
