I'm not sure what your music lessons are like, but this was the basic structure of my music lessons: - Teacher arrives 15 minutes late - She moves the people who can be bothered to do music in the practice rooms - She leaves for the rest of the lesson It was pretty damn fun. And while she was gone, we played numerous different games: - Chair bowling (someone sits on the office chair and gets pushed into loads of other chairs) - Throw the xylophone beaters at each other - Generally mess around on the keyboards It sounds chaotic, but it was actually very fun. I miss those days...
I don't want to scare anyone, but those of you at GCSE have it waaay easier than we do at AS. There's a big gap. On an unrelated note, it's hard to get your music off your iPod onto your PC, isn't it? And all my album covers have gone missing ¬_¬ Next time, I'm getting an Android.
It's an iTouch, and Winamp hasn't worked for me in the past. Still, found an application that seems to do the job, most of my songs are backed up. I'm just annoyed that Apple doesn't have that feature already in iTunes, seems pretty basic to me. Now, I need to get about sorting album covers... And albums, for that matter. Most of my songs are singles, I'll see if I can group them up somehow. It'll make creating playlists easier, and clear up the clutter in my library.
Don't worry, I'm actually quite interested in music. Even if I did put more effort in class, I wouldn't have learnt much more. I would hope so. I've been coasting since primary school. I'd like to be challenged some time before University. I heard the A-levels are extremely hard, so I'm expecting to learn some fun stuff during that time.
So I see a picture of this really adorable fluffy pink pony, and find a website with these extremely short stories about them. Okay, I say to myself. Sounds cute. I get to reading some of them. ... I should have known better. After the Yukkuri thing, I should have known better.
Rule 1 of the internet: Do not enter the wilderness without being fully prepared. I ought to write a book on this stuff.
I can transfer songs to and from my iTouch using iTunes easily... For the 3000000 odd things I used Youtube-Mp3.com for, I just added my own Album Art... These things always work for me. I got 22 new songs for my ipod today using that, mostly pony, but a few random things, like the TF2 Themetune. School Effort=0 Output Grade=A* I love coasting and doing well.
That is why I'll write my own rules, with blackjack, and hookers. You know what, forget the whole book.
Yeah, got lots of people who just wanna talk in my choir class... The teacher is pretty strict about it, though. I love my choir teacher. She's like Rarity, but music instead of fashion, and human.
Ugh. All the stories were some variant on the things dying brutally. Half the time the owner was abusing them for the hell of it.
I didn't even know this existed. O_O I'm fairly read up on it now. Apparently the person who started the fluffy pony thing got disgusted by the way it had mutated into some sort of abuse fetish and quit the fandom entirely.
