Because y'all know how poor in quality those plastic G4 toys are. Well, maybe you think that anyway, I know I do. It's cool if you like them but I really think they could be better and I felt like I was being short-changed when I looked around the hasbro site and couldn't find a single plushie for me to collect. Now of course, custom-made plushies are available if you know where to look, but they can be pretty costly, and I don't have very deep pockets at the moment. Even if you do get a custom plushie, there's probably not a reliable return policy if you accidentally receive a defective product. Because you wouldn't be buying from a company, you'd be buying from a private seller. So they only mentioned the production of Pinkie Pie, Twilight Sparkle, and Rainbow Dash plushies in the article I listed, but of course the rest of our beloved Mane 6 are sure to be on their way as well. And when one considers how MLP:FIM has just arrived in Japan, it's only a matter of time before Japanese toy companies start producing a bunch of merch as well. So kudos to Germany for finally beginning the process of providing me with these cute and huggable/lovable/I'm-going-to-cuddle-you-so-hard pony plushies! x3
OH MY GAWD!!!!!!! GARGLAFRGLFTRSD They are made by Nici, which do wonderfull plushies, they are a well known company here in germany. The normally use very fluffy fabric that feels wonderfully hugable. They are not cheap though, but nearly every german child has at least one plushie made by them. And what is even better, theres a nici shop just 10 minutes away by car from where i live. And in September is my Birthday.... HELL YEAH!
@Valky Well, I never had one of them all my childhood, buuuut.... Things are gonna change! Just need to locate the best possibility to get at least one of those. Or, (since I finally get paid! *wohoo*) a few more. You know, plushie-castle and stuff. But for now there is the waiting to get through. But I think I`ll make it. This. Is. So. Awesome. The knowledge that these plushies are finally going to be made readily available to us is certainly fantastic news But on the other hoof, it means I still have to wait a while before I can secure my own. Simply must get Fluttershy the moment she's available

:ahh: what the heck is up with those manes?! Would be a lot better if they'd done the manes like they did for Spike's.. um.. spikes. But yeah, Spike's design is flawless, if you ignore how he has two different eye-shades for these two plushies.. The ponies' body design looks fabulous but those manes need work. Rarity would never go outside looking so frizzy
Eh, I'm not sure about them. I guess fluffy manes are better than striped ones, but still. Spike looks good, even though he's twice as toothy as Discord there.
