I would have to agree with you there. Generation 4 games were a bit lackluster. I did like Platinum quite a bit though.
Well... as they say... we're all allowed to have our own opinions. Mine just so happens to be that I want the Exp. Share to stay the way it is when it changed to it's new format in X/Y.
One thing I never understood about "Pokemon" is why Ash changes his female companion with every new season. He doesn't regenerate like the Doctor, he's not a playboy like James Bond or Austin Powers, so what gives? Every time it seems like he's gonna hook up with a companion, another one shows up! And it really pisses me off that Dawn had genuine feelings for Ash, and is the closest thing to a girlfriend he ever had, but he barely remembers her. James Bond named his vodka martini drink "The Vesper", and the Doctor still think about like likes of Sarah Jane, Romana or Martha Smith, but Ash doesn't seem to acknowledge Dawn's existance.
I use to love the Pokemon anime but nowerdays it's the same thing over and over again. Back when I was a kid it was novel. but now it's just lost some of its charm; I wish Misty was back in the show or they just did what the mamgas and change the protagonists every new set of books.
