I was thinking about that if personalities of ponies are similar to personalities of stereotypical or real personalities, associated with human countries (historical or present). I'm sorry if this thread may hurt citizens of these countries - if it does, please tell me and immediately delete this thread (or I'll delete it if I can; I don't know if I can; I'm just a user). So: Twilight Sparkle - wise, intelligent, smart, reading books, using magic. I think it may be the State of Japan. I do not have better idea. Because I'm stupid. Applejack - honest, strong, just, brave - the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. But I'm a socialist a little bit. Pinkie Pie - with supernatural abilities, partying almost all the time, et caetera - Kingdom of Spain? I don't know. Fluttershy - peaceful, helpful, loving nature and animals - maybe Swiss Confederation... Rarity - elegant, generous, much connected with fashion - French Republic. And Derpy Hooves - Poland ;P What do you think????????

Trixie = Croatia showing off, but no real power, and anyone has hardly herd for her :derpe: Spike = Slovenia, always up for good joke, (*khm-khm* small*khm-khm*), but regardless of everything always came up being good friend country. I think Trixie is like North Korea, acts big and tuff, but with not as much power as she says. No offense intended to ANYONE.
I think that Derpy would be Canada... a bit derpy, but fun. Actually, quite derpy in my opinion. No offence to any other Canadians... I'm one, too, after all.
