I was only counting on posting in some other place, but it appears I've been forced into some unnecessary pageantry. I feel so pretty, now.
Unnecessary pageantry is the best kind of pageantry! I take it from your comment on last to post that you're Lio's friend? Either way, welcome to Everypony!
Well... maybe you can enjoy it on here instead? Either way, Welcome. Hopefully you'll enjoy your stay on here, however long that ends up being. Keep up with the show too if you are able to.
Thanks for the greetings, though there's no telling where this whim will take me, or for how long. Out of whose book did that page of "wisdom" get torn from? And do you not fear Twilight's wrath for defiling a book!? Friend? Maybe. We've had a strange relationship for the last decade. I'm not even sure how to go about describing it. Well, since I'm writing fan-fiction, I kinda have to keep up, if I want to keep my facts straight.
In my experience, very few fanfiction authors allow such trivial details as 'facts' or 'canon' to get in the way of their artistic vision.
I know, right? I'm pretty serious about this stuff, though. Since I don't really consider myself to be a (true?) fan of MLP:FiM, it's not so easy for me to make progress with what I'm writing, since my arm's-length familiarity often requires rechecking the source material. That's impossible. It'll become poo, then fertilizer, then a tree, then paper, then a page in a book once more! Mwa-ha-ha-ha-haaaa! My attempt to rectify that: we were once enemies in the beginning, with him being the antagonist, thinking I was evil, but I'm the one who reached out to him and sorta-kinda-maybe became the exception in the group I was in. And I won him over even though he's often the butt of my jokes. XD
Ah, that makes more sense. When you said 'strange relationship', I was half imagining some manner of romantic entanglement, or a case of Stockholm syndrome. Possibly both. XD
Indeed, I did. It appears that I can't hide things from you where the sun doesn't shine. I'll have to do a better job of covering my rear from you in the future. U_U I turn to a nearby post and say, "Greetings, Board!" (Sorry; I couldn't help myself.) It's tamer than usual, from my own experience. ...Wait. Is it okay to say "tame" around ponies? I feel like I might be stepping into a minefield. Y'know, since "tame" and "mate" are synonymous anagrams. :O Ha! Lio and I are like oil and water: he's too serious and I'm too... the other way. Except not. It's probably more accurate to say that I go around the bend, whereas he's very set in his ways. I honestly don't know what Lio thinks about me, even after all this time. Which is just as well, since I haven't bothered labeling what my relationship is with him and following through with it. What about that place over there? Should I avoid it, or is it the greatest and you're trying to keep it to yourself? *_*
Famous far-from-last words. Also: so long as like doesn't involve trots on the beach, I'll like you back... without a typo, even!
One has received respect of Ridley in an intro post. Color me impressed. Welcome to the site! Enjoy your time here. -Resident Overlord?
Well, if they sent anything, it probably got lost in transit, if not translation. All I got is something that's too Sublime for words. Since you have a redundantly-naughty title, then yes: you must be one of those overlords that got all up on my back.
Stockholm Syndrome.... hmm? That might be a good way of describing it. As much as CP can annoy me. I don't like doing without her. Welcome to Everypony I'm glad your whim brought you here.
