Dark Shine nodded. "You guys go first. I suppose most of you are better fighters but I will scout ahead. If it gets dark stay close to me. And you there..." Dark looked at the one with the sword. "Dont just attack random ponies please."
"Right... Let's go then." Haze started walking westwards. They'd have to go through some other towns, such as Hoofington and Appleloosa, on their way... She dreaded what they'd find there. "Oh, by the way guys, I think we should definitely go through the Ursa Isle. Sounds crazy, I know, but if we could get some Ursa Majors on our side, even minors, we'd have a much better chance of winning, I think."
"good idea, I as well as any other pegasi will fly ahead making sure the route is clear but if we go through harizona we should recruit some ponys from there. before the last days I heard they were the fastest gunslingers in the west"
"Mmm... Okay... I think I've got a good idea of the towns and places we've gotta got through, so I'll probably fly ahead a little too. Ashes, you coming? If not, Could I use the map please?" "Err... Firebreeze... You wanna come? We'll get a better view from up there..."
Dark Shine tapped his hoof on Cobra's back. "I believe it would be wise to lay low profile during the day. Night, although vision is obscurred is safer. I see your enthusiasm though."
"but if we fly above cloud level we would look like normal birds and not raise suspicion. Trust me I trained in the ancient ponyo pegasi art of the flight different to your modern training"
Dark Shine began to cough. He was embarassed. "Excuse me? I dont belive we have met so you cannot start making assumptions. Besides, at least I think about my actions, not just slicing random Ponies..." He cowled over at Cobra. He did not like this Pony as a bragger and it seemed unlikley the Pony cared about others.
"I see your dislike me but let me make it clear I'm a calm pony who thinks ahead and I've trained in acient ways you have not heard of. Your views of me slicing the ponies you see as random were not random they were unity guards I know this as I have lived seeing the unexploded bomb every time I go into the town centre and the pegasi I saw had the same logo on their clothes as the bomb does. As I said before I did not kill I made them unconscious for a few hours and they should be waking up soon so we should go" Cobraheart then took to the sky's so high he looked like an average bird.
"Well... Are we going on a little or not? I'm all confused now... Me and DArkshine seem to not be much of fighters, so maybe we should go on ahead. If we see anything, we'll alert you so you can protect the rest of the group. I guess we could flee of overhead and keep their attention, whilst you ambush from behind? That is, if the scenario ever arises... "
"okay, now let's go" Just after they took off high into the sky the first of the unity guards woke up slowly not noticing the pegasi group in the air.
Dark Shine nodded. "Seems good to me. Whenever you are ready. Cobra, I suggest you stay behind with the others as you seem to like your sword. And I do advice you not take me as a fool." He shot a glance over before calming himself down and then he nodded to Haze again.
"Right. Let's go, we're not far from Hoofington, so that'll probably be our next stop. Perhaps we could stay there for the night." Haze face disappeared behind the map. "If we keep this speed up, the next day,we might be able to reach the Hilllands, then the next day we should be able to get through Glascow, and into the Mild West. Let's see what time it is when we get to Hoofington first though." Haze gave back the map, and started into the air, scanning the area. It was clear.
Cobraheart took to the air and nodded at haze. They then proceeded on the flight towards hoofington. "so, haze what's your cutie Mark and talent. Thought Id get a conversation started it's going to be a long flight." Firebreeze flew up into the sky to keep watch over the land incase any unity soldiers tried an ambush. He only had his machete with him because his flamethrower was destroyed not too long ago.
((Didn't realise there was a thread there, added to it. )) Haze turned to the Pegasus. "Erm... It's a disc and a controller. I like video gaming and the likes... I'm also a programmer." Haze wasn't too pleased. They'd agreed that the others would stay with the group, and yet, here they were, in the sky. But when Firebreeze came up, she minded a little less. "Oh, hey, Firebreeze! Okay, guys, remember- If we spot anything, you have to go and protect the group, okay? I'll go forward and distract the enemy, so you can attack easier. Right? "
Cobraheart turned his head to haze only to notice the two Pegasus unity guards chasing them. "guys, I don't think it's the ponies on the ground we have to worry about. Time to show you how I got my cutie Mark." Cobraheart stopped on mid air and used imense focus and determination started doing tai chi. Out of nowhere a small flame appeared gradually growing larger he then pulled both hooves back then launched the ball of flame. "I will not stop until the corrupt unity is taken down and ponyo returned to it's glory without the fear of an unexploded bomb"
Dark Shine looked at Cobra. And he thought that Cool Shades was a Drama Queen... "Whatever... Lets keep moving... I'd like to make it so we arrive tommorrow morning... The night... I can truley be of use then... Nice Cutie mark By the way Haze."
Fire watched as Cobra used his fireball attack. "Nice, Cobra!" he yelled out, "I can do something like that when I'm pissed off." He looked towards Haze, "I better get to do some fighting during this trip. I haven't fought since the Smoke Spirit invasion."
"... A-Are they okay?" The two ponies fell to the ground, and Haze swoped down to where they landed, to check whether they were still alive.
