    Both are genius buisness men. Stark is clearly smarter technologically and presumably mathematically. Wayne is far more patient and observant. I think Stark would let Wayne win initially, seeming to not care, at about... half way, he'd pull a secret plan he was running to the side, thinking Wayne wouldn't notice.
