Before you comment, I'll tell you RIGHT now that the comments are moderated on this post.

Chat mods. I want to know EXACTLY what they do, how many times they "bust" somepony, and which one is on the most? I want to know WHY people think they don't do their job. I want to know HOW they do their job. I want to know Pi to one thousand places without using Google. I want to know WHO they CM's are (just a list of names).

And I want to know who the hell King Somber is and what he's doing with teh cristah ponehs.

    People think we don't do our job because only one person is typically on at a time. Some moderators are too busy moderating the forums or disussing a topic to go into the chat. We are encouraging more chat frequenting.

    We don't "Bust" without proper proof that they are doing something against the rules; if a complaint is filed, we act, if we see something, we act.

    Typically, bans happen rather quickly using a By-Minute system. All bans are temporary unless told otherwise.

    What do we do?

    We make sure nobody is breaking any of the rules in the chat. :derpe:

    Ramza, you left at least one chat mod out. Blazing Dawn is now one, if I'm not mistaken. Otherwise, you give a pretty good breakdown I would say on who the chat mods are, how we operate, etc.

    Grey- I'm Alias, and this post was provoked by another member accusing the chat moderators of being lazy pricks. Are you implying that I am guilty of espionage? Which I found out earlier today, is against the law. :sigh:

    Whyy?

    I don't blame the mods. I wouldn't spend my day staring at the screen of the chat. It's unreasonable to expect that, I think. RL is more important after all.

    It would be nice if they didn't just log on and then not do anything though. The native chatlings grow restless and it gets more awkward every time I go in there...

    tl;dr, I don't blame the chat mods for not being on as much as they need to be, but I wish they were.
