recent trouble

so recently ive been having these really bad ideas in the way of hurting people...badly. all day yesterday i stayed out of my kitchen because i kept looking at the knives. i refuse to go upstairs in my house because there are guns up there. and i absolutely refuse to talk to a doctor because i fear the crappy medication they give me. can anyone help?

    It's probably a problem too serious for this to work, but just try to distract yourself. The mind is a powerful tool that can either work for or against you. As long as you keep yourself too busy/distracted to think bad thoughts, you can't harm anyone.

    It'll pass. I remember when almost everyday I would be staring someone down with a knife... now I'm pretty much a pacifist.

    Well, I cannot help much with the information given. But I will do what I can. Here goes.

    You didn't state whether or not there has been an increase in stress in your life. If so, I can help you, just relax if at all possible. If you have always been this way, please do see a doctor. They are oftentimes scary, yes, but you'll have to ask yourself, isn't it worth it? Anyways, I would suggest continuing avoiding weapons or situations in which you may explode. Hold on to your inner light. I can't offer much more help, but I'd really like to continue this with PMs, if you don't mind. I see no reason to let this continue.
