"Yeah. Here is much better, you know?"
Her face fell when he didn't laugh at her joke and she squinted before standing up. "Fine."
"Maybe I was gonna go explore, FLEUR," he said pointedly, joining her side.
"Yeah, but you think I'm cute," she replied playfully. "So of course you saw me."
"But you didn't find out how I like my eggs!"
"So do I," she said, tilting her head as she sat down again. "Think about when you first saw me. I blend in with the crowd."
"Not this time? Have you flirted with me in the past and I just didn't notice?"
She paused, looking over at him with a sheepish grin. "I'd never draw unnecessary attention," she said. "I'm not easily noticed!"
He squinted playfully. "Are you flirting with me?"
"Great!" she said. Something was off with her voice. "So I'm gonna... go on another run."
Ferris was leaving his room, closing the door behind him. He glanced up as she approached and his whole face brightened. "Hey, Princess."
"Right..." she said slowly. "Is there anything I can do in the meantime?"
She bit her tongue, still giggling. "Бьюсь об заклад, вы не можете ждать, чтобы увидеть его," she teased, sitting down.
She looked over at him thoughtfully before squinting at the map again, as if memorizing the location. "...okay."
She started cackling, sitting back in her chair again. "Но он спал в твоей комнате, верно? Вы должны знать, как он предпочитает яйца по утрам."
She considered this, her hands on her hips. "Want to go now?"
She clicked her tongue. "Ach. Твой парень любит сгоревшие яйца, мое сердце?"
She came and peered over Fleur's shoulder. "Ach. Твой парень, Флер. Он любит сгоревшие яйца?"
She came back out, wearing her standard clothes. "What's that?"
The eggs seemed fine and Annette looked at Fleur, looking like she might have been at her wits end.
