Hello everyone My name is Jake and I am currently attending Columbia College in Chicago. Im am starting this thread because I intend to make a Documentary about My Little Pony and its older male fan-base Bronies. This Doc is to get Bronies to explain why they love the show so much. To have Bronies tell their stories about how they started watching MLP:FIM and their first reactions to the show before and after they became Bronies. I also wish for this doc to open eyes of non-fans of and who may think Bronies as people with defects or are not normal. I want to show that Bronies are not defective, that they just have a passion for show that is intended for little kids but has attracted this huge other older group of people. I myself am a huge fan of the show and that is why I am asking for help with this project. So I would like to get interviews(preferably on camera if you also live in the Chicago area or if you live another state and still wish to help we can have an interview over Skype) with different Bronies and their answers to my questions. Any info where I can attend a MLP:FIM con or get together in the chicago area so I can get footage of fans getting together would be much appreciated. That is really all I need. I'd be happy to help. Although I wouldn't be able to do a video chat with you. It'd be limited to text or voice only. And considering I live far, far away from Chicago, I can't really help with gathering all the fans together in that area. Anyway, I'm sure that you'll documentary will be great.
