[Bug Report] Permissions

    This would go in the bug reports forum,
    But that's the bug itself.

    Normal users are unable to post new threads in any subforums of the Pavilion, not even introductions.

    I said something about this a while ago but nothing has been done about it, can someone get to fixing those permissions?
