    Speedy soars straight past Ice, ripping some leaves of the nearby trees. He begins to slow down before he reaches the town hall and ends up losing control, smashing through the roof and falling down the town hall's interior and rolling through the doors, dazed.

    "Eh... what was that?" He falls on his back
