Typically I'd rant about how this episode touches beliefs and religion and how the moral is basically telling you to let your friend convert you ["...you have to choose to believe in them, and sometimes, it takes a friend to show you the way."], but Faust claimed she regret not re-wording the letter correctly. Any thoughts? I had a bit of a laugh at how in-your-face religious this episode was to me.
If anything, it's more like Psychics and Fortune tellers then religion, but if anything some already are magic so is it really a stretch that Pinkie can't have some weird powers or something (I notice some people get weird things like when it's about to rain so it's sort of based on something in reality)? But yeah, it's kinda funny how they worded that lesson in the end - a bit unfortunately really because they could've just made it into a message about just trusting your friends instead of a more blind belief sort of thing.
Now that that's brought up... aren't episode and story discussion a bit similar for being separate topics o_o
