I hate real time chats. Why? Because to me it's useless. Why have the chat and the forum. They should just eliminate the forum and make a gaint chat room with little sub rooms for topics. In contrast to doggy I have a hard time talking person to person. However on real time chats I do hate them if they are overcrowded then they are absolutly pointless with all the nonsense and so many topics it's just people saying random things. So I stay away from crowded chats. However they are quite fun with only a couple people. and an absolute blast if Xan is there, an of course Rain is fun too
I'm pretty much the same. In real life, I'm very awkward, and often just sit back, listen, and chip to the conversation every here and there.Until recently, that's how I was on this thread, too- The reason I didn't really get into conversation with you guys a lot before. I'm a lot worse in real life though... As for chats? I'm okay, so long as it's not busy. find it difficult to get into chats such as the Everypony Radio chats, when it's busy- I end up posting a few things perhaps and leaving.
@DoDo, one on one is sometimes the best, like our stuff On friday was sooo bad. I was walking with a couple of good friends around uni during Open day. They knew so many people, and just always talking to them, while I just stood there looking around really...
That's what I used to do, back when I actually did stuff IRL. Now I don't have that problem, I only leave my house for work and food. No wonder I'm boring.

In real life, I am always very nice to talk to. I strike up a conversation with someone else easily. On the contrary, doing it in a language that is not your mother tongue is more difficult. You can't express yourself in full. You feel powerless. Regarding Real Time chats, I usually chat because it helps me to practice writing and reading.

Whew! That hockey match was actually enjoyable! My coach said I played decently well, so he put me in the B-team match as well, the B-team coach after the match said I'd be promoted permanently! So today was pretty awesome.
