Background: He was born on the edge of the Everfree Forest, his parents were attacked shortly after and killed leaving him as an orphan. When he was found by the weather team, who were pushing rouge clouds from the Everfree forest back they took him to Ponyville and he was adopted three days late by an older couple. His father took care of him till he was the age of 16 when his father died of a heart attack. Jamin earned his cutie mark while taking care of roses that he planted to honor his father's dedication to helping him.

Background: He was born in the Ponyville hospital to his pegasi mother, his unicorn father had passed away only two months before his birth. He lived with his mother until he was 17 before moving out and taking up the job of fixing tools for the residents of Ponyville.
