OK, so I had a brain injury at birth that affected my ability to do math, so I struggle with it (I struggle with algebra). This is really bad because most of the highest paying (Or at least, good paying) jobs require math and science. I guess I'm doomed to be a failure.

Man, you're always so down on yourself, what's up with that?
Maths is a pretty fundamental skill in today's world yes, but there are many people who struggle at maths and they are certainly not all doomed to failure.

I'm pretty good at maths myself, I passed (just, I got a C+) the harder maths subject at school without doing any homework/study. Two years later, I don't remember anything from those classes, I'd be absolutely useless at it now. Point being, maths knowledge is not something you will keep with you forever (props if you do though) it's something that you learn and use as needed.

What job do YOU want? Does it require you to have exceptional maths skills? More likely what maths skills it does involve you will learn, remember and improve by simply doing that job.

I do feel sorry for you, but since this thread doesn't really serve any purpose other than complaining about life, i'm locking this. Sorry.
