Is the fan base really that young to be the generation that didn't grow up with [whatever it is]?

There was a book (I can't remember what it was called) but in each picture of it, the room would get progressively darker and the moon would rise in the window. The character reading the story would be sitting by a fireplace, not too disimliar to the one in the picture. *EDIT* I remember the name of the book, it was "Goodnight Moon"

I looked the pictures from Good Night Moon, but nothing is really jumping out to me. I mean, maybe I saw it, but I don't recall.
I am 36 and have read hundreds of books. I have no idea what you are talking about. Then I seldom read books that have pictures, other than the occasional comic.
