Character Portrait: Pony Name: Sapphire Moonlight Type: Earth Age: mid 20's - Early 30's Cutie Mark: Character Biography: Sapphire Moonlight is a very friendly, open minded and easy going earth pony mare. She is loyal to her family and friends, and loves to make others smile. While she is shy and timid at times, she knows how to defend herself and can fight if she is put in the corner. She loves animals and often helps Fluttershy out with looking after the critters. Sapphire was born to two earth ponies in the town of Canterlot, and that is where she spent most of her foal and fillyhood. It was when she was ten years old, her mother and father took her to her first concert, which was a 'Murderdolls' concert and that is when she discovered her love and talent for music. Her cutie mark appeared as her parents bought her her first guitar, which was a Zakk Wylde Flying V. Since then, she has attended the Music College for Gifted Ponies in Canterlot and then moved to Ponyville to get away from the hustle-bustle of the city.
