Dark informs his troops to stay sharp. "So, none of the ships is this one's equal?" He asks, quickly forming a strategy.
"Well the closest to it is the E.N.S Celestia" Lunar says pointing to a white and gold battleship that is armed with only 5 150 mm tri-barrel cannons,4 A-A guns, 3 torpedo launchers
Dark nods. "What does Celestia think about the ship named after her not being as powerful?" He asks, studying it.
The human ships touch down in the water. " Prepare our attack!" Lunar yells into the mic the attack alarms going off as the humans begin firing at the Fleet. "Aim 15 degrees north by 20 degrees west." Lunar tells the cannon operators as the big tri-barrel cannons turn the anchors are raised and the ship starts moving forward again. "Fire!" Lunar yells and all the cannons fire at the Human Ships sinking one.
Dark stood still, relaying the battle to his Queen. He blinked again, going back to his normal self. He looks out the window, thinking. "If only I had one of my troops on their ships..." He says.
suddenly an explosion rocked the Ship has a hole is punched in the armor. (I'm going to quote Battleship the movie here) "Their not sinking This Battleship. No way." Lunar says
Seeing the ships under fire, BladeRunner could only watch. He wandered what it would be like to fight in one of those. He could only site and watch. (How the hell will my character tie in with your guys?)
(Hmm... Maybe you would be sent as backup to help with the battle?) "How many changelings should go with them?" Dark asks.
(That could work) A very small, support frigate cam soaring through, landing to pick up ground units for the fight. BladeRunner ran for the door, one of the guards stopping him, "Sorry, but no civvil-" "Rank 2 Knight of the Lunar Republic BladeRunner, I'm getting aboard whether you like or not." Blade said as he ran up the cat walk. As soon as the others were on the ship, the catwalk fold into the door of the ship, closing airtight. Blade immediately manned one of the four plasma turrets, loving on to one of the enemy ships thrusters. "Do you have any idea what your doing? This is my post!" One of the crew yelled. "Hate to break it to ya but I got here first, man the secondary turrets, aim for the thrusters and back cannons. We want to take them out as quickly as possible." "Alright fine!" The member yelled as he manned one of the two smaller turrets, shooting the thrusters.
Dark takes it, quickly accessing the hive mind. Right, that's how it worked. He sent a command to ten of his troops to join the boarding party, disguising themselves as ponies.
"All boarders to the boarding boats" Lunar says jumping into one of the many speedboats being launched. in all 50 troops were going in. "We'll head for the largest of them." lunar says
The primary turrets were single fire, firing powerful, short beams of pure plasma. The secondary turrets shot three round bursts, firing light and fast balls of molten energy. There were five turrets on the ship in total, not including the six backup turrets that were only automatic, and not made to be handled. BladeRunner was trying to aim correctly, but as best as he could, every shot came with a recoil, which screwed him up even worse. He then realized that he need to do something else, he need to find a different turret that has a less aggressive shot, but was fast. He climbed down, kicking one of the other shooters down and sending them to the large turret, he would control the secondary turret in that section. Blade aimed carefully, right next to the engine. He fired, see that the shots didn't go as far, but they were fast, and thats what he liked. He aimed slightly above the ship, and fire once more, three rounds in one heading to their objective. Successfully, Blade took out one of the engines, causing that part to explode.
Dark and the other changelings watched the ponies pump themselves up, feeding on the positive emotions. Better to be full than fight on an empty stomach.
as the speedboats approached the ponies got their first clear view of the two-legged things they were fighting. "Open fire!" Lunar shouted and the ponies began mowing down the startled Humans
