"Just set him more by the forest instead of the open." she looked back and the last of the changelings were fleeing carrying their queen to get help. "I hope we don't have this bad of a problem later on."
Knight carried dune next to a bush and set him down,"bet that didn't help my reputation with the changers", then says to dune,"good morning sleeping beauty."
"What do u you mean Knight?" then noticed Dune waking up, "Oh good your awake!" she said in a cheery voice, "From scaring the heck out of me!" she added in a serious manner. She scanned the others taking role call of her team and counted.. 5/4?
"You snapped the queens neck.." she said in almost a whisper. "Ive never met anypony who could do that." she gave a concerned look as she spoke. "I've also never seen you so angry." Charlie looked to her hooves and made some shapes in the dirt.
"I'll see you guys soon, I'm gonna go to the forest, & do something, be back soon", knight said, then walked off.
"Oh ok. Knight, take this." she tossed a radio and strapped hers around her necklace. Once Knight left she moved closer to Dune. "did I do something?" she looked up to Dune wondering.
Dune hugged her very cautiously. "I'm sorry for scaring you. I hope you don't hate me too terribly.." He said softly.
"I don't hate you. I don't hate easily anyways." she stared blankly ahead then back up to Dune. "This is a whole new adventure im on is all." she added
"Well...I can tell. You haven't pulled away from me." Dune said, laughing. "I'll be by your side all through this adventure, in hopes that...no. Nevermind!" Dune said.
"I'll be here for you through the adventure, by your side...in hopes that you'll stay with me afterwards..." Dune completed his sentence.
